Answer:	There are two ways to turn them off.. The button on the receiver. quick tap and the remote. Does a neighbor close have same system? I have had issues with remote ceiling fans neighbor on same frequency.. Second is there a possible issue with the plug circuit. Intermittent loose connection.. Power drops for a moment lights come on to last preset level. A good overall thing to do for electronics is have an Electrician add a surge supressor to the main panel.., $200 to start. The dimmer is in "match" status when the strip is flick, the "re-match" is done when the strip changes to constant on. try to control the light bar with the matched remote.

If you have two kits,you can use one remote to control all the kits by "match"function.

Question:	Can this fit a rosewill 4u server chassis rsv-r4000? width wise
Answer:	It should fit. The Rack mounting points are 19" apart (standard). It looks like the Rosewill 4U chassis is 16.80" wide, without the mounting brackets attached. Once you put those on, it should line up beautifully. I'd recommend a full length tray like the "StarTech.com 1U Adjustable Mounting Depth Vented Rack Mount Shelf - 175lbs / 80kg - Fixed Server Rack Shelf" , (or full length arms, to support the back side of the server, to keep it from sagging. You'll be glad you did! Overall, It's a great rack, but expect some dings/dents. It's shipped in a flat-pack and stuff seems to shift around in the box in transit. If you need it to be highly secure, you should note that the side panel locks can be defeated with a slot screwdriver.

Answer:	This is not a traditional rack and there is too much margin for error to give you an accurate width measurement based on how it is assembled. My suggestion is if the width of your server falls within 2-3 inches of the published width get the larger size. If you want some sort of warranty that your server will fit contact one of the amazon re-sellers. We always give our servers and back-ups a lot of room either in a box or rack.
