Answer:	Delete the random folders your camera creates and leave only one. The update makes it unable to see multiple folders. Same thing happened to me and I deleted the excess folders on my computer. Hope it works!

Question:	Has anyone had any success getting this to work on macos with skype for business
Answer:	I use this with Skype for Business all the time. Every day most of the day, in fact. But I do not use any Apple products. I would guess that if you can install Skype for Business on an Apple OS, then there is no reason that this headset will not work as it is USB and Skype certified.

Answer:	Yes, they provide quite a good bit of isolation from exterior noise. I use the Bluetooth variety of this same headset when driving. When driving at interstate speeds, it was previously impossible to hear the other person on the phone. But with the headset, it is now possible to hear the other party on the phone clearly. The volume controls on the headset work well also.
