Answer:	It's pretty straightforward, if that's the stand that came with the package. You plug one end of the blue cord into mic and the other side into the front of the audio box. There should be little black clips that came with the stand to hold the mic cord against the stand. I wrapped my cord around my stand to make it more secure then snapped the clips in place.

Answer:	I work at a High School and we use our wall mount for our students to sign into the guidance office when they come for a visit. It's sturdy and works great. It gets a lot of use. You cannot remove an arm piece but it can fold almost flat against the wall. The joints are moveable. It will extend straight out from the wall or fold almost flat. There are large screws that hold the front plate onto the back plate with the tablet secured in the middle. It's very secure. The tablet will not come out unless you remove the screws.
