Answer:	When my rollerball starts to feel like it’s sticking or sluggish (rarely) I turn it to off and roll the ball part firmly on my hand and sometimes shake it a little. I have also cleaned it with alcohol with good results. I dried it after cleaning by rolling it around.

The Bluetooth, as it is said, work with windows PCs (already tested by me), and macbook 2017 (I couldn't test this part). Not for Ipad and Iphone says...
