Question:	Are these chicklet keys
Answer:	Check and see if there is a switch on the back-side of the pedal to flip to make it work with your Yamaha. Also...make sure your foot is NOT pushing the pedal down while you turn the keyboard on with pedal plugged in. It sometimes needs to have the switch on the back flipped.....or the keyboard turned off, unplug pedals, replug then turn back on without touching or pushing down on pedals. Those are some ideas that have worked for me.

Answer:	If you are wanting to type with your hands completely straight forward, the 20in is very useful unless you are of small stature. My shoulders are rather broad, and I found that with the smaller cable, I still had to bend my hands inwards slightly to type. With the 20in, I can space the keyboard out far enough that my hands can simply rest on my chair's arms and type.

Question:	can the numeric keys be used for navigation
Answer:	Hi there. I purchased the Cloud9 keyboard after trying the Kinesis Freestyle Blue with the added 10 key accessory. I loved how comfortable the Freestyle Blue was but having to add in a wired 10 key just didn't make sense to me and that one isn't mechanical. Hence I thought the Cloud9 would be my answer. That one is going back, too. It was just way too big. I couldn't even take advantage of the split feature, it is just massive. Plus the quality of the keys, although I'm no expert, didn't seem comparable to other mechanical boards I've tried. After several tries of various ergo, mechanical keyboards and non ergo ones, I'm getting this Freestyle Edge RGB even though it's wired because the comfort feature with the mechanical keys outweighs the need for wireless in my experience. Answer:	Hi, I have not owned a R15, so I can´t compare, but I am very pleased with the sound and bass of my R14. I normally sit about 5 feet from the speakers and they sound great for their Size.

Answer:	You will need a separate amplifier since these speakers are passive, not active. Active speakers have a power source and will have a volume control. Passive speaker have no power source and no volume control. I use an affordable Pyle mini amp. You will need to connect the turntable to the amp and then connect the amp to the speakers using speaker wire. If you get active speakers, you won't need the separate amp and can just connect the turntable directly to the speakers.

Answer:	It is quiet for a mechanical keyboard. It uses Cherry MX Brown switches, which are on the quieter end of mechanical key options. It is not meant to be loud like Cherry MX Blue switches, but it is louder than a membrane keyboard like the Microsoft ones. Your best bet is to get a mechanical key tester that includes Cherry MX Brown keys and see if it is quiet enough for you. You can also get a feel for how loud it is by looking for videos of other Cherry MX Brown keyboards.
Question:	I need a longer cable, when will the longer cable be developed by
Answer:	If you are needing a longer cable (the cable that splits the keyboard) they have 21" cables on coming in about a few months. I would just contact them for updates on this.

Answer:	Currently, only the included 9" bridging cable will work ( but longer versions of the cable are in the works). Note that the included cable has a USB-C interface. However, purchasing a longer standard USB-C cable won't work due to the different pin-out configuration within the keyboard."

Answer:	I've carried it in a cloth bag in a backpack without problem, but I haven't seen a better case so far. Be extra careful with the linking cable making sure it does not twist in weird angles as that might damage it

Question:	How do i fix some bad keys? typing 'n' yields 'n6' and 'b5' yields 'b5'. also arrows do not work. i am on macos mojave on macbook pro
Answer:	Probably not it's a regular USB with a windows key, you'd probably need the apple dongle.
Question:	The specs say the keyboard is 16.2" wide. Please confirm this is with no separation. My tray is 19". Will only 3" separation be useful
Answer:	The 20" version is not sold as a preconfigured bundle. You can purchase the KB800PBUS-20 and then order the VIP3 kit separately.

Answer:	The standard, I believe is 9 inches. That's the one I ordered.I didn't need 20 inches - the 9 inch one allows me to keep the split keyboard far enough apart that my arms are almost completely parallel vs. coming in at a "V" to type on the keyboard.the 20 inch would give you more options; I just didn't need it myself

Answer:	The keys have a soft touch and I've found them quiet enough for conference calls. They do make a softer clicking sound than I've found on most keyboards.

Answer:	Probably since they are targeting business users who can no longer buy the microsoft 4000. It would be nice to buy this same keyboard wireless and backlit for home though.

Answer:	Yes, the 16.2 is w/o separation. we use one of these keyboards with a gap of 2-3" and find it very comfortable. The ability to tilt the halves is a bigger contributor to comfort than the distance between there.
