Answer:	I don't know as I don't use mine outdoors. It is waterproof if water spills on it and also when I spot clean it. Washing it it does take a lot for soapy water to get through it so I can see where it resists water that way. I would think that outdoors in rain it will be waterproof, water will not go through, however if a heavy deluge of rain probably not, just my thought.

Answer:	I have been using this keyboard without incident for 5 years with a 2009 27" iMac as well as a MacBook Pro at work. There are absolutely no issues using this keyboard with a Mac. You'll need to go into the System Preferences > "Keyboard" > "Modifier Keys..." and swap the "Windows" (option) and "alt" (command) keys so it will function just like a Mac keyboard. Please ignore all the Windows users' comments who have no first-hand knowledge.

Answer:	I don't have a noise level for you but it was one of the quietest keyboards I've had. I had one that lasted from 2010 to 2017. The one I replaced it with seemed to be exactly liked the one I replaced but the space bar didn't work unless I hit it dead center. I tried taking the space bar off the old one and using it but it didn't help. I finally put a piece of plastic in the center and it worked for about a month. I gave up and now have another keyboard that is no where near as quiet but at least all of the keys work.

Answer:	Not sure I understand your question. My Mac keyboard, purchased earlier this year, does NOT have any feet on the under side of the keyboard. That was the reason I bought the ESC Flip Computer Keyboard Stand. The stand does work well for me. It is adjustable to two different heights.
