Answer:	I have not used it personally with a DROBO, but it worked with a Data Acquisition Module that is still in development. With this said, anything with a USB interface, this should work just fine, especially something commercially available, assuming there are no driver issues with your computer.

Answer:	I don't know for sure but it's doubtful it would work right. You would be better off buying a 4 port usb hub and plugging it in to thr laptop. To give yourself 3 more usb connections (with one of the 4 being taken up by what ever is currently in the Usb port)

Answer:	I have the 2.5" version of this SIIG enclosure. It has no fan, only passive cooling by convection through side vents on one of the short sides and conduction through metal case all around. I have not seen any significant heating when used to clone 131GB from a laptop to a 1TB Western Digital hard disk (WD10 JPVT-75A1YT0) in this enclosure.

Answer:	No, the 310K does NOT have RGB. The backlighting only comes in white. You can custom the modes and how it lights up, but you CANNOT change the color.

Answer:	Yes it does have legs to raise it but the angle is very small. After raising it feels almost the same as without raising.

Answer:	Yes. Ran into power issue though with default motherboard ports using flash drive but not when plugged into my pci express usb add on card ports which feed more juice. So it depends on how much juice the usb ports output that the keyboard is plugged into.

Answer:	Yes, there is a scrolling wheel between the mute and music buttons, that controls the volume.

Answer:	I don't use the palm rest. I can't imagine it would be, it is just a hard piece of foam and plastic. The keyboard works great though. The USB ports are convenient and the key clicks are quiet.

Answer:	Yep they are exactly the same. They are both a 104 key layout, have 2 windows keys, and have a 50 million keystroke life. Depends where you look, there are some sales blobs saying there are media keys for the professional, but don't mention it for the ultimate, I have all the keys though. Put it this way I used the professional keyboard to find all the keys on the ultimate.
