How to switch the U6 working mode?

The U6 Smart Gamepad works in Android mode by default, you can follow below steps to change the working mode:

• Press and hold the BACK/SEL buttom about 3 seconds, look the mode icon indication from blink to light.
• Then press the BACK/SEL buttom to select the mode, the mode icon indication will be change at the same time.
• After selected the working mode, release the BACK/SEL buttom and waiting 3 seconds, after all mode icon indication will blink 6 times then done.

How to use the Headset function?

The U6 Smart Gamead support Microphone function directly and Headset function after Enable in Android and Windows Mode, please followe below steps to enable:

• Press Fn buttom and Headset | Microphone icon buttom at the same time
• After the all mode icon indication blink 6 times then done, and the Audio icon will be light.

How to re-pairing with the USB dongle?

The U6 Smart Gamepad already paired with the USB dongel before open the box, if press any buttoms can not working and just all mode icon indication are flashing, please follow belove steps to re-pairing with the USB dongle:

• Unplug the USB dongel from device, press the Pairing buttom(in the battery holder), then all mode icon indication will be flashing.
• Plug the USB dongle into the device's USB port, after all mode icon indication will blink 3 times then done.

Answer:	I'm not sure, but my "1" and all of the numbers or symbols are never illuminated. I think I turned off the keyboard illumination as soon as I connected the keyboard. It's been so long ago I don't remember how I turned off the illumination but I do recall that there were instructions on how to turn off the glow.

Answer:	I don't know about the AKAI, this is a midi controller, but once you buy it you get many links so you can download sounds, vst synths and FXs, I mean a lot...hope this works for you
Question:	It cannot record on its own right if I wanted to play my bass and I plugged it into the keyboard and then hooked it up to ableton it wouldn’t work
Answer:	You would need an audio interface. The 1/4" jack on this keyboard is only for an expression pedal, so the keyboard can't send your Bass' audio to ableton. Check out the focusrite Scarlett interface for recording your instruments directly into Ableton.

Answer:	Not very specific as a question, but I think what you're wondering is how it works. I use it with a ps4 right now, but I'd imagine all systems work about the same. Basically it comes with a plug and cable for charging the battery and a separate dongle to connect over wifi. You plug that dongle (remove the device's backplate and its a little dongle snapped in a holder) into your system and then turn the device on. When you want to charge it, you plug it into a usb port connected to the cable and let it charge. Plugging the USB cable to charge will not bridge a connection to use the device, but plugging the little wifi dongle in should connect it automatically.
