Answer:	Yes, you need 2. Please note, that while the wires seem to be well constructed, the banana plugs are not. They pull off and break after 2-3 movements of the speakers. I have had to "rebuild" these cables with higher quality banana plugs

Answer:	It looks like you have a problem with the assembly of the unit. I went out and bought a jack to plug it into the wall. So I don't have to charge it. You can buy them at Best buy they are about $15.00. I have not had any issues with mine. I use it all the time. You may want to send it back if it is broken.

Answer:	Yes, however, one thing to consider: if you plan to use this for photography be aware that this item does strobe. When viewed through the LCD panel on a DSLR phone you will see the rolling scrolling stobe lines from this panel. That didn't seem to adversely affect me in any way, but be aware.

Question:	How useful is this for animation? Would it replace an animation disc? Is it possible to attach a pegbar to it
Answer:	It has 3 settings: low, medium, & high. The high setting is very bright. I was comfortable using it as a calligrapher, using it to see inside lined envelopes, on the medium setting. However, it quit working after about six weeks. There is something wrong with the connection where plug in the cord to charge or power the device. It quit working and would never turn on again. It didn't matter if I was charging from an outlet or the computer USB. It does not sense the connection & once the battery dies, the device is dead.

Answer:	If you are crafty you could easily epoxy a peg bar to this, however, it won't replace the ease of moving your drawings the way you can with an animation disc. As far as attaching the peg bar, as far as I can tell this is just poured resin with led's embedded in the mold, so, that should be a snap.

Answer:	It's ratted at 50,000 hours. Ours burns 8 hours a day 3 days a week since March 1st. Since its side lighting you won't get any dark spots, or burned out sections. If a LED fails, then the whole thing fails. As for a case, there is nothing available for it from the maker. What I did with mine was to purchase a standard Art Portfolio a little bigger then the light tablet. It works great for me, and it's really sturdy so you won't break it all that easy. The only spot I'm fearful about is the plug in port for power, if that spot took a hard hit it would damage the plug port for sure. Just don't paclk it with the power plug in the port, and you will be just fine.

Question:	Has anyone used this glove to draw on surface pro
Answer:	I have used Arches 300lb watercolor paper many times with this light box. It is possible to see through for tracing, but is pretty blurry and faint, you're not going to get great detail coming through. I've switched to using 140lb when I want to trace through, and now stretch my paper afterward, instead of using 300lb. (both for the tracing factor, and also for the cost of the paper). If you have a truly dark room to work in, you'll get a better result; none of the rooms in my apartment are very dark, which may have been part of the problem. I would definitely recommend this light table---I love it---but 300lb paper is just really thick. I can't guarantee you're going to be really happy with how you see through 300lb; for me it worked well enough that I would rather have it than not, and I like that this light box isn't super bulky like some of the others on the market. Hope that helps---I'm not sure how precise of line work you want to have come through or not so it's hard to say definitively if you'll like it or not.

5. For Mac Users: please Add the “TabletDriverAgent” into the whitelist first after installing the driver on your computer.

About phone mode

1. Your phone or tablet must be equipped with Android 6.0 or later and should have OTG function.
2. Buttons on the tablet and the pen will not work in phone mode. Also you cannot rotate your Android phone or tablet when using Phone mode.
3. The working ares in phone mode is about 62.5 x 100mm to the left.
