Answer:	Yes, there will be no issues with the length of the cable using it on the left hand side.
Question:	Will this work with smart notebook
Answer:	You could do this. As long as the paper isn't metallic it should not interfere with the pen communication. Note that by default your tablet will map to your overall desktop, this may result in a different aspect ration when drawing on the tablet if tracing. There are options in the Wacom Tablet Properties however which allow you to adjust your tablet active area to match whatever workflow you would like. Question:	Left handed? usb on computer right side of 13". included cable long enough for my left hand
Answer:	The opening in the transition strip (~3/16") where the carpet etc. is inserted may be wider than the laminate flooring's thickness leaving a gap to catch debris.
Question:	Can you tape a drawing to the tablet to trace it
Answer:	Make sure the floor is clean (no dust, dirt, oil) and use a good quality construction adhesive
