Question:	My boogie board doesn’t erase. I changed the battery (even though it’s bran new )and it still doesn’t work. now what
Answer:	There’s an on switch on the back (I think). Has to be switched on to erase with the button on the front. It’s been a while since we’ve had these but I remember being confused about that at first too.

Answer:	It's OK. The one I bought about a year ago is in pretty rough shape, Looks like the screen is de-laminated in spots, but it still works, and even the bad parts of the screen still work, and my kid was pretty rough on it.
