1. For Mac Book, please use Photo Booth.

2. For Windows, please download the AMcap software and select "FHD Camera" for the camera attribute settings.

1). Resolution setting: AMCap->option->video capture pin->output size->select the corresponding value;

2). Lighting settings: AMCap->Options->Video capture filter->Video Proc Amp->Brightness;

3). White balance: AMCap->Options->Video capture filter->Video Proc Amp->White balance;

What if the computer cannot detect the webcam and the microphone has no sound?

For Windows:

1. Right-click "My Computer"> "Manage"> "Device Manager"> "Image Devices", check the camera driver;

2. Right-click "My Computer"> "Manage"> "Device Manager"> "Sound, Video and Game Controller", check the microphone driver;

3. For desktop computers, connect the camera to the USB port on the back of the computer.

For Mac:

1. Please restart the computer and re-insert the camera, or connect the camera to another USB port;

2. Open Photo Booth, click on the video option at the top of the desktop, and check whether there is a webcam driver in the drop-down pop-up window;

3. Please reset the PRAM to load the driver of the USB Live Camera, or upgrade the Mac OS system.

1. When using a desktop computer, please connect the camera to the USB port on the back of the computer.

Answer:	NO! This camera does not work with Teams. It's too dark and there is no way to adjust it. I specifically purchased this to work with Teams and it's awful. Not only is it too dark, but facial coloring is off. Not a good purchase at all. 10/13/20.
