Answer:	This is different than the 920 in that it has the potential for higher definition video, but it also is very restricted in what software will accept & broadcast that potential. Whereas the 920 is rather plug-and-play, and comes with simple software for adjusting the image, the c930e does not come with any software, and is not useable with many common streaming softwares

Answer:	You can download the software for the Logitech 920. It works great. Go to the Logitech web site and navigate to the page for the C920. look for the Logitech Webcam Software download button. Press download and install the software. It will say it is not for the 930 but just disregard and keep going. I use my 930 with Skype and the Logitech Webcam Software. If works just fine with both.

Answer:	There is no optical zoom. So everyone will be fairly tiny depending on how close you are with the camera. Also, the length of USB cable you can use is limited even with extensions. If you just want to stream some video... it could work. If your church has an audio system, you will want to grab the audio straight from it with an adapter rather than try to use the build in microphone.

Answer:	Absolutely, there is a ways you can control on your own the audio & video. From Microsoft Teams, you have to go to your settings> General>. Find the DELEGATION section and choose MANAGE DELEGATES. That way you can change your default mic, speaker, or camera. Under Audio devices, pick the speaker and mic you want Teams to use by default. Under Camera, select the camera you want Teams to use, and see a preview of that camera's video. If you have multiple certified devices connected to your computer, you can set one as your secondary ringer, which means it'll ring when a call comes in. Answer incoming calls on any device—not just the ones that ring.

Question:	How to stop r the red led? It's really annoying there is a sharp bright led on the top of my monitor now where the webcam is situated
Answer:	This is a power light, tells you the camera is working. If it is too bright, try coloring over it with a black permanent marker. This will dim the light, but won't eliminate it. You can also put a small piece of black electric tape over it & block it out completely.

Answer:	The length of the cable is about 3-4 ft.
Question:	Is this automatic focus or fixed focus
Answer:	This webcam is fixed focus.
Question:	Does the mic work with the camera off
Answer:	It depends on the service you are on. I use Zoom and Zoom asks if you want video and audio or just audio. If you choose just audio they can hear you but they cannot see you. I am not sure if there is another way to turn audio and video on or off independently. They are both in the same piece of equipment.
Question:	Is it compatible with facetime

HOW TO SET UP THE WEBCAM?

1. Attach the webcam to your computer. Plug the webcam's USB cable into one of the rectangular USB ports on the side or back of your computer.

• USB plugs can only be inserted one way. If the plug won't fit into the port, rotate the plug 180 degrees and try again.
• If you're on a Mac, you'll most likely need to buy a USB to USB-C adapter in order to fit a normal webcam.
• Make sure that you plug the webcam directly into your computer, not a USB hub. USB hubs are often too underpowered to operate a webcam.

2. It's a plug&play type so it won't come with a CD. Plug the webcam into your computer will start the setup process. The setup process will involve clicking through a series of preference windows before clicking an Install button.

3. Follow any on-screen instructions. Pay attention to the windows' information here. You'll most likely need to select certain preferences that will help the webcam work later.

4. Adjust the webcam as needed.

5. Start a video call with you Skype or something else. Test the webcam's sound. While speaking into the webcam, look for spikes in activity next to the "Audio" (or similarly titled) section in the webcam's window. If you don't see any activity here, your webcam's microphone isn't working and might need to be enabled from the webcam's or computer's settings.

6. Change your webcam's settings as needed if necessary.
