Answer:	There are only two ports for the extension microphones, and if you plug them in the Mic on the central unit goes off so those extensions are your only mics. The cable looks a little like ps/2 mouse, you could probably find an extension as long as it's not too long.

Answer:	Hello. To be honest, I'm not sure. The only items used are the case, and the mic clip adaptor. I've had this recorder for about 3-4 years and it's done what it needs to do. I record a lot of rehearsals and they come out clean. We're a really loud band so it picks up everything. I just pop the files into garage band to do some minor edits.

Answer:	Yes, but I don't use it. I just use batteries.

Answer:	No ! Unfortunately, I learned about this too late to return it. The remote connection plug that attaches to the recorder is the wrong type for the Q2N. The USB provided charging cable is the older type and is not compatible with the Q2N's newer and smaller USB female end.
