Answer:	The mic mute button always stays lit. The color of the lite changes. The earphones should unmute, if you hit the button again. Your computer should indicate whether or not the mute is on for the earphones. It's worth noting that the buttons for the headphones work with your system sound. Some apps, such as web browser, have their own sound settings. You can fiddle with your computer to get all of these audio pieces working together.
Question:	I have Windows 10 and the microphone will not connect. I have tried troubleshooting and now I'm getting frustrated and about to return it. Tips
Answer:	I had no trouble using the USB connection. It took Win 10 about 30 seconds to find it, install a driver, and good to go. I did not try using the 3.5 mm connection to my computer. It works great. You may have a defective unit. Bummer and a hassle, but that's what returns are for.
Question:	Does it block backaround noise well
Answer:	The "Noise Reduction" feature is simply referring to the ability to turn down the volume in line. There is no noise reduction logic like with many higher quality headsets, and the mic is completely non-directional. I listened to the mic through the headset speakers using device settings in windows, and could hear quiet mouse clicks, tapping my finger on my computer, table, or chair, and key clicks. *much louder* than they actually were. Despite having a boom mic, these noises were happening on the opposite side of the hole in the boom, several feet away.
Question:	I can't hear myself through the mic. I know other people can hear me through the mic. Any thoughts
Answer:	It is 100% percent normal and desirable to hear yourself through a mic on a headset designed for phone calls (Skype, etc.) as this one is. The cheap $30 Logitech headset commonly found on Amazon (a competitor to this MPow device) has this behavior by default. I decided to try this MPow headset because the $30 Logitech headsets crap out after a few years. Anyway, imagine you are in a phone call with perfectly sealed headphones that only allow you to hear the other caller, not yourself. This is very annoying. I can hear my own voice only from whatever muffled sound can penetrate through the ear pads. This has the tendency to make me speak even louder so I can hear myself, and I end up yelling. I did try the Listen to This Device" tic box under the Windows 10 control panel for the microphone, and it resulted in unacceptable feedback, so I am still searching for the right settings to make it work.

Answer:	Large is relative so I don't want to mislead you but I can tell you this: the headset extends to about 8 inches from the top of the headset to the bottom of the ear piece. Answer:	Hello, the metal headband is supposed to be worn on the backside of your head and shouldn't really come into direct content with your head, except for the bump that will rest up against the back of your head. There shouldn't be any reason to bend the headset.

Answer:	Hello, communication within the vehicle is voice activated. If you're wanting to communicate with another vehicle via additional two-way radio, you will need to push the push-to-talk button.
Question:	Can this microphone be worn on right or left ear
Answer:	Yes they do. It's a behind the head headset so the fabric strap goes over the top of your head and the metal band goes behind your head. This is preferred in off road racing as it helps keep the headset on your head and doesn't slide off as easily.

Question:	do you need an adapter for xbox one and how long is the cord? I have the original xbox and the controllers have always had the 3.5mm port
Answer:	On the PlayStation I had to fix it in the audio settings. Ik it's been a few months but just in case anyone comes across this. It normally comes out from the left ear in the settings you can put audio to come out through headset so it fixes this issue.
Question:	Will this work with iPhone and pc
Answer:	Yes, at least with the audio jack. The audio jack will uh...jack in to the port on the chromebook, provided yours has one of course. The usb can also connect to a chromebook's USB port and will allow the lights to function. Until I got bluetooth speakers, I used these on my chromebook and switched between that and my ps4. I have not tried USB only to see if it works with a chromebook however, so if you do not have an audio jack on your chromebook, I don't know how it'd work.

Answer:	Your transmit distance will depend on terrain, transmit power, height above ground, and atmospheric conditions. I've got mine up 80-feet in the air and have easily talked line-of-sight 40+ miles with 20W of power.

Answer:	Yes, I have mine at 19' up and only 2 watts reflect at 1,200 avg watts, super easy to assemble and tune. I do recommend the black cloth electrical sealant tape on joints and also double screw the joints vs the single screw they have shown.

Answer:	This has absolutely no lag, however your software may have it. I can prove it because I’ve been using it for a zoom.
