Question:	How can I find replacement ear covering
Answer:	Measured in decibels (db) snoring falls between 60 and 90 decibels, normal talking is about 60 db, a vacuum cleaner 70 db, and a chainsaw 100 db, a quiet room is about 40-45 db. Using industry calculations a NRR 33 db rated hearing protector reduces sound by 13 db. This makes my sleep more comfortable but not soundless.
Question:	what type of plug does this have
Answer:	unfortunately earplugs aren't meant to completely cancel out noise. Average snoring is measure in decibels (db) which is from 60 up to 90. As reference normal human speech is around 60 db. so if he he snores louder than when you normally talk you can assume its in the high 80s. Earplugs have ratings and this has a rating of 32. Basically it reduces the decibels from 30-40 which is a considerable drop. That being said, unfortunately it won't cancel out excessively loud snoring but it does bring it down a lot. Coming from someone who values sleep I would suggest looking into why your partner snores as that could honestly lead to real health concerns for the person. There are reasons and solutions for snoring so do not lose hope!

Anyone have issues setting up the microphone? People cannot hear me when I call

This headset bundle can ONLY be used with a computer (PC or MAC) or a bluetooth enabled device such as a Smartphone, Tablet, Notebook or a Desktop phone that has built-in bluetooth. Only a select number of desktop phones have built-in bluetooth. If you are not sure if your phone has built-in bluetooth check your phone's user manual prior to purchase. The Legend CS a special basestation that comes with interfaces for desktop phones. The 5200-UC does not have any interfaces for RJ-9/RJ-22 headset ports. Additionally you can not use the 5200-UC with the Legend CS Base Station since Plantronics changed the headset charging pins for the 5200-UC.Hope that helps.

Question:	I have a Dell PC that has a PC phone. I have to use the Mic Jack on the PC right now. Will this unit with a USB plug work to hear and talk
Answer:	Good Afternoon, Bill. While I have not used an NEC Model phone, the compatibility should be no issue because the line selection is not performed by the Plantronics device, but by the phone. When you answer an additional line on your phone, most plausibly, the audio uses the same port, that is, your handset port if your phone does not have an additional/separate port for a handset. Question:	mac compatible
Answer:	The cord from the phone to the base that your headset is attached to depends on how long of a phone cord you have. I have purchased two 6 ft phone cord and used them to give more areas that I can go to from the phone to the headset base. The only issues it that if you have multiple lines coming in you need to be close to the main phone system to access the phone lines as they ring in. The cord from the headset to the base is only 8 ft. Hopefully this will help. Jennifer

Answer:	I have a few phones, including a professional office phone...and it worked with all of them. It's actually just a handset modifier...plugs into the handset area...and modified the signal from it. Didn't try that exact phone, but anything with a corded handset seems compatible...

Answer:	I dont know if its the "best" corded phone but I have mine hooked to a AT&T Dect 6.0. Its a corded phone and it can be expanded to 12 handsets so you still have your cordless phones for other reasons. It also has an answering machine on the corded set. I absolutely love this plantronics s12 headset. I have been using mine 40 hours a week for work for about 5 years and it still works perfectly and my customers have no problems hearing me and I have no problems hearing them. Hope this helps:)
