Answer:	To answer your question, no, there are no limitations on the headset, a good quality Bluetooth headset should work just fine.However, it is important to note that noise levels present in the audio stream will negatively affect the accuracy.If in general, you are using an audio input device that delivers at least "FM" radio level performance, which is 32kHz at 8 or 16 bit, then you can get good performance. Answer:	Hmmm...I think there might be some misunderstanding on your part as to what Dragon does.Also it would help if you provided some more information, like what program you will be using to type your thesis.Dragon does not control your page setup, you do, Dragon just let's you speak instead of type.Hope that helps.

Answer:	When I bought Dragon NaturallySpeaking premium 11 I called them and was told I could install it on as many computers as I used but that I was only one allowed to use it. Also version 11 is much better than version 12.

Answer:	This is a massive difference between v12 & v13. This new version is more stable, quicker, recognizes your words faster and is more accurate. The premium version allows you to use a digital voice recorder and you can than load the files from the recorder into your computer and have it transcribe the files. Some people who already have v12 already installed may need to go to the Nuance/dragon website and download a special uninstall program to completely remove v12. I purchased v13 the day it was released but this issue may already be fixed on later releases of v13.

Answer:	In my experience this would produce a mess. Dragon is intended to be used by *one* person. You train it to recognize what you mean by what you say. Dragon 13 is said to be excellent (I use an earlier model that's very good), but can't really be used to catch several voices. And don't forget some people will be interrupting each other, talking over one another, and so on! Dragon has no way to sort that out.

Answer:	You could, but it requires you to use a computer or laptop. You would hook this up to your computer, then set the computer to play whatever the microphone records directly to your speakers. Then get a 3.5mm male to male wire and connect it to the computer/laptop's speaker out port. Then put the other end in the microphone input on your xbox splitter. I assume you know that you need a 3.5mm Y splitter for your xbox controller so that you have two female openings, one for mic one for headphones. This should allow you to use this as an xbox microphone. Feel free to respond if you need any help.

Answer:	if the 9 year old can opperate a computer.. all he has to do is open the program and speak.. it will work for him/her i believe. in fact.. it would probrably be better that speaking is the only requirement and not much else.

Answer:	I would think that this would be a Godsend for a person with vision and handwriting problems. I say this, even though some people have complained about the imperfection of the program. It will give your wife freedom to continue with her passion, writing.
Question:	Is this compatible with a Sony ICD-PX312 Digital Flash Recorder
Answer:	As long as it records in MP3, or WAV formats, Dragon NaturallySpeaking will be able to process the file. You will have to train the program at the minimum of 4 min. first. It works quite well for me but I usually dictate "live" as I am doing now to answer this question.
Question:	Will Dragon transcribe my sermon mp3's into OpenOffice text documents
Answer:	Yes and no. When using Dragon the speaker must speak in a way that will allow the Dragon software to accurately copy the dialogue. When preaching a sermon you do not say "period" "comma" "next paragraph" "exclamation" and such. Therefore, even though your words will be copied to text it may take you longer to edit your document then to just transcribe it. If you use Greek and Hebrew words they will probably not transcribe unless you teach your software these words first. Plus when you speak into Dragon it must be steady and clear. Usually preaching is not that way unless talk like Alexander Scourby reads. This of course is up to you. Of course you could just read the Bible aloud and your text would already be in print.

Answer:	The mic mute button always stays lit. The color of the lite changes. The earphones should unmute, if you hit the button again. Your computer should indicate whether or not the mute is on for the earphones. It's worth noting that the buttons for the headphones work with your system sound. Some apps, such as web browser, have their own sound settings. You can fiddle with your computer to get all of these audio pieces working together.
Question:	I have Windows 10 and the microphone will not connect. I have tried troubleshooting and now I'm getting frustrated and about to return it. Tips
Answer:	I had no trouble using the USB connection. It took Win 10 about 30 seconds to find it, install a driver, and good to go. I did not try using the 3.5 mm connection to my computer. It works great. You may have a defective unit. Bummer and a hassle, but that's what returns are for.
Question:	Does it block backaround noise well
Answer:	The "Noise Reduction" feature is simply referring to the ability to turn down the volume in line. There is no noise reduction logic like with many higher quality headsets, and the mic is completely non-directional. I listened to the mic through the headset speakers using device settings in windows, and could hear quiet mouse clicks, tapping my finger on my computer, table, or chair, and key clicks. *much louder* than they actually were. Despite having a boom mic, these noises were happening on the opposite side of the hole in the boom, several feet away.
Question:	I can't hear myself through the mic. I know other people can hear me through the mic. Any thoughts
Answer:	It is 100% percent normal and desirable to hear yourself through a mic on a headset designed for phone calls (Skype, etc.) as this one is. The cheap $30 Logitech headset commonly found on Amazon (a competitor to this MPow device) has this behavior by default. I decided to try this MPow headset because the $30 Logitech headsets crap out after a few years. Anyway, imagine you are in a phone call with perfectly sealed headphones that only allow you to hear the other caller, not yourself. This is very annoying. I can hear my own voice only from whatever muffled sound can penetrate through the ear pads. This has the tendency to make me speak even louder so I can hear myself, and I end up yelling. I did try the Listen to This Device" tic box under the Windows 10 control panel for the microphone, and it resulted in unacceptable feedback, so I am still searching for the right settings to make it work.
