Question:	The mute button won't turn off how do i fix it
Answer:	The mic mute button always stays lit. The color of the lite changes. The earphones should unmute, if you hit the button again. Your computer should indicate whether or not the mute is on for the earphones. It's worth noting that the buttons for the headphones work with your system sound. Some apps, such as web browser, have their own sound settings. You can fiddle with your computer to get all of these audio pieces working together.
Question:	I have Windows 10 and the microphone will not connect. I have tried troubleshooting and now I'm getting frustrated and about to return it. Tips
Answer:	I had no trouble using the USB connection. It took Win 10 about 30 seconds to find it, install a driver, and good to go. I did not try using the 3.5 mm connection to my computer. It works great. You may have a defective unit. Bummer and a hassle, but that's what returns are for.
Question:	Does it block backaround noise well
Answer:	The "Noise Reduction" feature is simply referring to the ability to turn down the volume in line. There is no noise reduction logic like with many higher quality headsets, and the mic is completely non-directional. I listened to the mic through the headset speakers using device settings in windows, and could hear quiet mouse clicks, tapping my finger on my computer, table, or chair, and key clicks. *much louder* than they actually were. Despite having a boom mic, these noises were happening on the opposite side of the hole in the boom, several feet away.

Answer:	It is 100% percent normal and desirable to hear yourself through a mic on a headset designed for phone calls (Skype, etc.) as this one is. The cheap $30 Logitech headset commonly found on Amazon (a competitor to this MPow device) has this behavior by default. I decided to try this MPow headset because the $30 Logitech headsets crap out after a few years. Anyway, imagine you are in a phone call with perfectly sealed headphones that only allow you to hear the other caller, not yourself. This is very annoying. I can hear my own voice only from whatever muffled sound can penetrate through the ear pads. This has the tendency to make me speak even louder so I can hear myself, and I end up yelling. I did try the Listen to This Device" tic box under the Windows 10 control panel for the microphone, and it resulted in unacceptable feedback, so I am still searching for the right settings to make it work.

Answer:	Yes, clamp it to the table so the saw doesn't slide around. If it's an old work table you can screw it down with 4 screws and washers.
Question:	Can you post the directions for this headset? I know the button on the side has multiple functions and possibly the mic mutes when its vertical
Answer:	The lock pin is located on the right-hand side of the saw...toward the rear, where it pivots. To unlock, first push down on the main handle to push the blade into the table. Hold it down while you pull out the lock pin. Gently allow the saw to pivot up. Refer to page 14 of your owner's manual.
Question:	does headset turn off automatically when cradled, so i can talk normally on cell phone without Bluetooth
Answer:	I took a scrap piece of wood that was wider than the saw could handle so I could see exactly how much. After cutting, I flipped the piece over and it went all the way to 8 1/4 inches. Not bad for a tiny Chop saw. You can always flip the piece over. Now when cutting a 45 angle, that number is reduced to roughly 7 5/8 inches.
Question:	Can i buy just the security fence my broke
Answer:	I'm guess maybe, the legs do lockout into position. The legs themselves have a diameter of about 1 1/4 inches. I'm not sure if the design was meant to have wheels, the weight of the saw over the legs adds to the stability of the stand.

Answer:	I had all kinds of problems with this headset. The microphone would not work. It is likely that the button to unmute the headset is broken. I returned it and bought the MPOW 071 usb headset which worked right out of the box with ZERO issues.

The following tips may help you achieve a better calling experience:

1. Please make sure the microphone headband has been adjusted correctly and close to your mouth.

2. Update your soundcard and Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. (If you use the headphones on your laptop)

3. Make sure all other Bluetooth devices around have been turned off

4. If it is tested under a noisy environment, please try another quiet room to see if it will be better.

5. Please try to make calls directly from your phone without using any conference apps to see if the issue persists.



How to connect headset with your computer, please follow the below steps:

1. Long press the multifunction button of the headset to turn it on

2. Turn on the bluetooth of your computer

3. Add device and choose bluetooth audio device

4. Find "TaoTronics TT-BH041" and connect it

5. If the headset has no sound or the mic doesn't work, pls make sure that the default audio device is TT-BH041 of the Audio Options

6. If sound quality is unclear when using computer, this is probably because you are using the computer's own MIC instead of headphone's mic. Please check whether Hands-free mode is selected as the computer's input and output, which is under the sound setting.



Notice:

1. Overvoltage may damage battery so pls use 5V Charger Only.

2. Please fully charge before the headset not using for a long time.

Answer:	it's not noise cancelling devise. Even noise cancelling headphones don't cover all the noise. It just reduces a constant drumming sound or noise in an airplane.

Answer:	The top band is not heavy to me. I used the headset to monitor two 10 hour days of webinars. The ear pieces, however, are too small for my ears, and they did become uncomfortable after many hours.
