Answer:	Ditto to the other responses - you need to hold the button down to stay muted. When on long conference calls, I frequently put myself on mute and this feature's function has not been an issue because both my LAN and mobile phones have mute buttons.

Answer:	It WILL work with an iPhone, and most Android phones. You just need to also purchase a 2.5 mm (female) to 3.5 mm (male) adapter. (This headset has a 2.5 mm pin/plug, and the iPhone has a 3.5 mm socket.) These adapters are available on Amazon for around $4. I had looked quite extensively for a headset with a 3.5 mm pin (also know as plug or jack) without success. They just do not seem to be available in a headset of this quality. However, I have used this set up for several years now when working from home (or even in the office) and it works well! The headset will fail before the adapter does. :)

Answer:	I was very impressed with the excellent sound quality, but not with the noise reduction. One of the issues seems to be the triangular design of the earbuds. For some people, it simply does not allow insertion of the ear tips deeply enough into the ear canal to dampen as much sound as, say, the more expensive Clarity Aloft or some of the other in-ear offerings. With the supplied ear tips, I found it too noisy in a GA cockpit (Mooney). With some longer secondary market ear tips, it was much better, but still not up to the level of other passive headsets with good noise attenuation. And certainly not "quiet as ANR."

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	Headset mic is not switchable. However, this headset is the most quiet headset I've owned. Barely hear the engine running.

Answer:	You could try the reset and reconnect the earbuds with your device, the steps is as followed: 1. Remove the two earphones from the charging case and long press the touch button for 5 seconds to turn off the power manually. 2. Then long press the left and right earphone at the same time for 8 seconds, the blue light of the left and right earphone flashes twice, reset successfully. 3. put the earphones into the charging case, take it out again, the left and right earphone will automatically enter pairing mode, wait a few seconds, pairing successfully, at this time one earphone blue light flashes fast, the other earphone blue light flashes once every 6 seconds.

Question:	The mute button won't turn off how do i fix it
Answer:	Found a solution. My mute was stuck (red light on) even after reboot and unplugging/replugging. Solution that worked for me: 1. Unplug Mpow USB connection 2. Open windows device manager (Win+X > device manager) 3. Open Sound, video and game controlers 4. Right click Mpow HC > Uninstall Device. 5. Plug MPow USB connection back in, preferably directly into machine not a USB hub. That was it. My button is blue now and toggles on and off.
Question:	I have Windows 10 and the microphone will not connect. I have tried troubleshooting and now I'm getting frustrated and about to return it. Tips
Answer:	I had no trouble using the USB connection. It took Win 10 about 30 seconds to find it, install a driver, and good to go. I did not try using the 3.5 mm connection to my computer. It works great. You may have a defective unit. Bummer and a hassle, but that's what returns are for.
Question:	Does it block backaround noise well
Answer:	The "Noise Reduction" feature is simply referring to the ability to turn down the volume in line. There is no noise reduction logic like with many higher quality headsets, and the mic is completely non-directional. I listened to the mic through the headset speakers using device settings in windows, and could hear quiet mouse clicks, tapping my finger on my computer, table, or chair, and key clicks. *much louder* than they actually were. Despite having a boom mic, these noises were happening on the opposite side of the hole in the boom, several feet away.
Question:	I can't hear myself through the mic. I know other people can hear me through the mic. Any thoughts
Answer:	It is 100% percent normal and desirable to hear yourself through a mic on a headset designed for phone calls (Skype, etc.) as this one is. The cheap $30 Logitech headset commonly found on Amazon (a competitor to this MPow device) has this behavior by default. I decided to try this MPow headset because the $30 Logitech headsets crap out after a few years. Anyway, imagine you are in a phone call with perfectly sealed headphones that only allow you to hear the other caller, not yourself. This is very annoying. I can hear my own voice only from whatever muffled sound can penetrate through the ear pads. This has the tendency to make me speak even louder so I can hear myself, and I end up yelling. I did try the Listen to This Device" tic box under the Windows 10 control panel for the microphone, and it resulted in unacceptable feedback, so I am still searching for the right settings to make it work.
