Connection with Computer:

A. First download a universal driver software.

B. Then plug in the Bluetooth adapter, at this point, the gray Bluetooth icon will turn to blue.(Note: Notebook computer with Bluetooth function does not need external Bluetooth adapter which need to buy separately. Right click on the Bluetooth icon, select “show the classic interface”).

Answer:	I am not clear as to whether you are asking about the part that inserts into the ear or the part on the outside of the ear. I will answer both. For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes.
