Call and music volume is different setting in your smart phone. If you change the car audio volume, the difference is still there.

Adjust the call volume when your smart phone in the call or dialing mode only.

3. Auto-On: Auto-on is activated by the impulse current.

The impulse current activation will be failed if the twice power supply in short time, you need to turn on the car kit manually in this case. Example as follows:

When change the power supply from car engine to the battery.

Other conditions caused the power supply changed or transferred in short time.

4. No calling voice from this car receiver.

Answer:	Bookmarking doesn´t happen automatically (as I am used to, with the SanDisk-Software). Yet, when you power off and afterward power on again, the specific book you have been listening to, starts at the position that you have been, when you powered-off. But for leaving a stable bookmark, you have to actively specify bookmarks. On the other hand, you can assign up to 10 marks of your choice per book, which will be stored and can be changed as you please. This can easily be done, so that it is no real problem, as long as you don´t forget, to actually assign bookmarks. Using bookmarks is important, because the cursor doesn´t pick up speed, when you move fast-forward (ffw9 or fast-backward (fwb) within a book (which I am also used to from SanDisk). So if you haven´t bookmarked and if you erroneously push ffw or fbw and thus lose your position in the book, you have to tediously scan back to your old position with a very slow ffw and fbw, which is not picking up speed, even when you need to go a long way within a book to get back to your position. Apart from that, the SW works fine, in my view.

Question:	Can you launch Google Now via the button and give voice commands through the microphone? It's ok if this requires some apps/settings on the phone
Answer:	As per prior answers, you can set this up. I did this on a GS4 running lollipop. In Google Now settings, under Voice, enable Bluetooth headset to record audio. I use Google Play music, and didn't change anything there. With music playing, press the button once, this pauses the music. Then hold the button down until it beeps, you have to turn the phone back on to enable the bluetooth device to activate Google Now (from notifications). Repeat the process, now you can activate Google Now voice input with the screen off with the long-press (remembering to pause music with the initial press). I did have a project to enable my BMW BT, but I don't see the point now. The combo of the BTC450, Google Play Music and Google Now beats what my car would be able to do.

1. How to use this car receiver?

A. your car must have a 3.5mm Aux port.

D. Switch the car audio to AUX when you use this car receiver.

2. The calling volume is very low and music volume is very loud:

Call and music volume is different setting in your smart phone. If you change the car audio volume, the difference is still there.

Adjust the call volume when your smart phone in the call or dialing mode only.

Note: iPhone first Bluetooth connection, call volume will decreased to a very low level, you need to adjust it manually as above.

3. Auto-On: Auto-on is activated by the impulse current.

The impulse current activation will be failed if the twice power supply in short time, you need to turn on the car kit manually in this case. Example as follows:

When change the power supply from car engine to the battery.

Other conditions caused the power supply changed or transferred in short time.

4. No calling voice from this car receiver.

A. Open your bluetooth setting, and click this car receiver, then check if you have select all the related profiles for this car receiver.
