Answer:	I don't know what all these whack jobs are using, but it will not completely fit a size 12+ foot. I'm a size 12 and my foot will fit inside and I can get a decent massage, however, my entire foot doesn't fit. I'd say about 3 inches of my heel sticks out the back.

Answer:	The adhesive hold strength will decrease proportionally to the amount of pad you remove. In other words, if you cut off half the pad then it loses half its strength.
