Answer:	Yes. And as far as recording, the seller also has a security camera that works with your cell phone. According to the marketing it does record. I just purchased one and will find out soon exactly how it works. But you can look it up.
Question:	Can you adjust the camera on van to watch the ball while hooking up to a trailer
Answer:	I mounted my camera just a bit above the level of the ball and it works and displays everything really well when not hitched up. But when I go to hitch the trailer, it is better than having someone guide you. You can just back up and center as you go because you see everything clearly and the ball is in the center of the picture. Then when you see the shadow come over the ball, you are there! Just be careful to go slowly at that point because you the distances can be a bit deceptive.

Question:	Would this camera work to watch my horse in the horse trailer while I’m driving
Answer:	Yes. You would need to wire the camera in the horse trailer to a circuit that has power on all the time you are driving. The term “wireless” is somewhat misleading. You do need power at both the monitor and camera. The “wireless” part comes into play because you do not need a wire between the camera and display. This device can have two cameras attached. You can scroll between the two or have a split screen showing both at the same time.

Answer:	yes I told mine from Jacksonville North Carolina all the way up to Columbus Ohio which took me 15 hours. The camera was on facing the rear so I could see traffic the entire time

Question:	On a dodge caravan, how did you run the wire the length of the van without it showing
Answer:	I installed on a pickup truck. Attached the camera to the license plate and got power from the tail lights. Ran the video wire under the bed protection to the cab; followed the truck's diver to the door, and into the overlap of the interior door frame panel. Followed the path inside the panels to the dash, and mounted the monitor on the dash. Got power to monitor by wiring from switch under the dash and into the interior panels. The interior panels are just screw on, so loosen those and tuck the wires in.
Question:	The screen is not working, can I send it back and get a new one? I do not want to send the enitre thing back because it has already been wired in

Answer:	It would depend on the vehicle. Mine is a pick up truck and I mounted it on the top and tilted it down so I can see the top of the trailer hitch ball to back up to a trailer. Still can see behind for parking.

It's also advisable to remove it off the dash when parked so it won't "FRY" in the hot sun.

Answer:	No it does not,but a great camera....

Answer:	No it's not wireless, I chose this one because sometimes you get interference with the wireless ones. I had the smaller 4" wireless one first from another manufacture and it was hard to see and did cycle on and off every once and awhile. If your young with good eye sight you might like a smaller unit, this one is big but I like it better than the small one. Hope this helps

Answer:	According to what now is posted on their site, the monitor's physical dimensions are 7.60''W x 5.24''H x 0.98''D
Question:	Does the screen only come on when you are backing up
Answer:	The screen comes on when the red wire is connected to 12v and the black wire is connected to ground. In this scenario, with the screen powered on and nothing connected all you will get is a blue screen but connect the included camera to the video input on the screen and supply 12v to the camera and the blue screen will disappear and be replaced with the video from the camera. Power both camera and screen from the same source and they will turn on and off together (this way you will never get a blue screen). Connect them to the vehicle's backup lights and they both will turn on when the vehicle is in reverse. I drive a cargo van and have mine connected so that it is on as long as my engine is running, that way I can see behind me while I am driving.

Answer:	According to the information on the Amazon website the range is 100m unobstructed. Since you would have to go through the body of the trailer Etc I would assume that the range is significantly less than 100 meters. However, being at the back of a 35 foot trailer, depending on whether it's something like a house trailer or a flatbed trailer you have quite a difference. 100 m is approximately 330 ft. You're a talking about a 35 foot trailer plus, I would assume, the length of your vehicle. The odds are that it would work.

Question:	Can you add a second camera to the monitor
Answer:	Have not tried so have no idea. If the second camera trqansmitted on the same freq as the first then should not be a problem if you cut the power to the first unit. Again only the mfr can accurately answer this one.
Question:	Will this system need to be hooked into a power source within the car
Answer:	Yes, both the camera and the monitor need to be powered. I wired the actual camera to the backup light in the rear tail light (it's close by and this ensures that the camera would only get power & only send a signal during actual backups), but others recommend powering from a permanent power wire within the rear of the car. Your choice. The monitor in the front of the car can be either hardwired to a permanent hot wire of your choosing or can be wired to a 12-volt cigarette lighter plug-in -- connections for both of these are provided by the seller so that you can make your own choice. I've done both and both are pretty easy/work fine. Just remember to wire all connections to ground as well.

Question:	I’m unable to install my rear view camera on the back of my travel trailer. How do I get the license plate mounted rear camera
Answer:	I drilled holes in the bumper and secured the camera with rust-resistant sheet metal screws. It was easy. Make sure the screws do not obstruct your sewer host.
Question:	We have an rv & the back up camera went out. with this model how do you install it? what does it connect to
Answer:	I installed it on the RV bumper using sheet metal screws and ran the cabling along the propane line secured with cable ties. It disconnects at the hitch. The display plugs into the cigarette lighter and I run its cable through the sliding rear window of my pickup to the hitch. The cable is used for both for the camera signal and to power the camera.

Answer:	You either have to wire it to your backup lights circuit so it comes on when you put vehicle in reverse or put a switch in the power line and turn on the switch when you want the camera and turn off the switch when you don’t want the camera on
