Answer:	There are multiple settings. You can choose from default refresh rates between 3 minutes and 30 minutes. A longer time interval will save battery -- but our battery still lasts for over a week on a 3 minute refresh rate. You also always have the option to turn on the "Track" feature, where the GPS location will update every 15 seconds. If you were trying to locate your moving pet, you would certainly want to use this setting. This does drain battery much faster, but the tracking is virtually real time -- not quite as fast as Waze or Google maps on your phone, but certainly sufficient to find a lost pet outdoors, even if he or she is on the move

Answer:	I don't have a card in it as it has the app and everything goes directly to the app on my phone and is saved to the cloud until I delete it. I actually am not sure without looking if it takes a card. I bought it so I wouldn't have to worry about all that.

Answer:	The interior camera is connected to the main, forward facing camera via USB-Micro peripheral. It’s a short cable that comes with the device when you order it (NEXAR designed it perform that function). However, it stands to reason that you can connect the interior camera with any desired length of cable. As long as it is the same “MICRO” male connection. I haven’t tried it, because I fully intend to use both camera’s for their intended purpose. I suppose you can also mount your internal camera in a manner where not just the rear seats are visible on your screen, but the rear window as well...Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. The steps to take a single shot: ① turn on the cam; ② press OK button to stop recording; ③ press Mode button once to switch to photo mode; ④ press OK button to take a photo.

Answer:	I haven't measured it, but for the comparison sake, I've mounted rear camera in the middle of far edge of the headliner on 2015 Subaru Forester, and had to coil up and hide about 2+ more feet of remaining cable. It would definitely fit our Toyota Sienna van as well. HTH.
Question:	Why you don't support obd cable for this product? i purchased a hardwire kit but got a broken fuse. and even the picture of fuse connector isn't same
Answer:	I have purchased two of these in the last few months 4/19 and 7/19. Both are Micro USB power. Not sure when this changed, but the "Frequently purchased together" hard wire kit is the wrong one. I had to make a separate purchase after it arrived. Knowing this, I ordered the correct one when I purchased the second.
Question:	Couldn’t you have made this new version to include bluetooth/wifi to pull the video recording onto your phone? i’m sure you’ve had numerous requests
Answer:	Very sorry that our product failed to be compatible with Mac system before, so the customer thought that this cam just recorded one at a time. In fact, the front and rear cams are recording simultaneously. Our engineers have urgently rewritten the program based on customers’ feedback and created a firmware to renew the system. After the updating process done, we can view both the front and rear recordings on Mac.

Question:	How long is the video with 32gb as card before it loops
Answer:	Also, you have to buy still another part in order to have GPS/MPH. Furthermore, the GPS is inverted and VANTRUE has been unsucessful in rectifying this issue. I would not recommend this product to anyone and regret even purchasing it. Answer:	There are different recording lengths you can do. I do 10 minute sections. And with Rideshare driving my 32g card goes about 5 -7 days before it starts looping.
