Answer:	Leave the camera plugged in via charger. When car powers off it enters a low power state via the internal battery power, but you can also purchase the hard wire kit which will hook to car's battery and give constant power to the camera in the low power mode state. Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Answer:	You can contact the seller for help. They provide one year warranty and they are professional and would be willing to help you. EMAIL：kt.support@apemans When the front camera is connected only the resolution can be chosen to 1520P, if front and rear cams work at the same time, it’s 1440P for the front cam and 1080P for the rear cam. It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this
Answer:	Here’s a video I found that shows the full installation: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zbdq5hk65h5GJW_9VB237DOjmWFNLlTw It should help with a simple installation, but IF your car has an airbag in the A-pillar, I would not recommend running the wires across the top corner by the windscreen - rather, run them down next to the windscreen and back across the seam on top of the dash (in which case it may be easier to go around the bottom of the door frames rather than the top - just decide whats best for you and your car).
Question:	Does the rear camera record also and where does it record to
Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Answer:	I also had the similar question before. I asked the seller about this question. they suggested to use the original car charger. The function of the original car charger is to change 12 V to 5 V, which can ensure our safety.

Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).

Question:	My cam sometimes turns off when driving, and then turns on again, most of the time the camera works well, does there anyting I can do to solve it
Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	Can this stand the texas heat in the summer
Answer:	I had mine attached to the window All Summer in Texas Alabama and Mississippi and the heat was brutal and it worked just fine. It did come off the windshield a couple of times probably because I hadn't cleaned it thoroughly but once I cleaned the glass really good and the suction cup it stayed in place but the camera it's self work flawlessly.
Question:	Does the display dim or turn off while still recording? Is it distracting at night
Answer:	You can set it to not have the screen turn on at all, have the screen turn off after 30 seconds, have the screen on all the time, and some other time options that I don't remember offhand. I have mine to turn off after 30 seconds of starting the car. There is a small blue LED that flashes every once in a while to let you know it's still doing its thing when the screen is off.
Question:	Is there an adhesive mount available? Suction cups fall off for no reason at all after a short time, which damaged my last cam (dif. brand
Answer:	Received this for Christmas 2018 and can confirm that it included both a low-profile 3M adhesive mount and the suction-cup mount. Glad it came with the adhesive mount as it allowed me to place it up higher behind the rearview mirror, where I could not place the suction cup due to the little black windshield dots that are common on lots of vehicles.

Answer:	128 doesn't work to me. It always stated "MicroSD card fails to start" every time I inserted the card.

Simple Installation - Camera Line

Only need to insert the camera wire along the gap of the black trim or extend the wire inside of the car to easily install the front and rear camera and car charger without any trace.

Just gently attach the suction cup to the window, and then tighten the rotation button on the left to easily install, the camera can be adjusted 360 degrees of rotation.

The rearview camera wire can be along the gap of the black decorative strip of the car or through extending the wire inside of the car to easily install the rear camera to rear windshield and no need to drill for the rear camera.

There is a sticky strip on the rear camera, which can be easily adhered to the glass. The camera can manually adjust the angle of view up and down.

Rear Camera - Not Waterproof

In order to make installation convenient for customers, the rear camera is designed to install inside of the rear windshield, it is not waterproof, please do not install the rear camera in the car outside.
