Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).

EMAIL：kt.support@apemans When the front camera is connected only the resolution can be chosen to 1520P, if front and rear cams work at the same time, it’s 1440P for the front cam and 1080P for the rear cam. It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this

Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Answer:	While it is technically possible to connect the Nexar Beam to each of your phone/app simultaneously when sharing a vehicle, it would still be best to connect only one phone to the dash cam. That way, you don't need to have two separate apps running. Your wife can just simply use her own Nexar app to the dash cam when she's driving alone. On the other hand, there's no need to manually disconnect to the camera regardless if you're travelling together or not. If the only intention is to start/end recording, then its best that you don't disconnect to it so you don't have to manually set it up again once you begin a new trip.

Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	Do i need to hardwire it
Answer:	I have 30% in back and works fine. Don’t know about 5% limo though.
Question:	Can I use the dash cam if vehicle is turned off
Answer:	Neither the front or back cameras can rotate around on this model. There is some level of swivel / adjustment, but nowhere near to point sideways or even backwards. Other models exist that have camera facing out windshield and second camera that faces interior of car.
Question:	Where can i order the hardwire kit that would work for this dash cam
Answer:	Many thanks for your asking. In parking mode, once the front camera detects motion in front of the vehicle , the front and rear camera will simultaneously capture video. To use the parking mode, please use an power bank to connect the dash cam, also you can buy a Hardwire Kit to connect the dash cam to your car battery directly since its a capacitor dash cam.
Question:	My company vehicles; Would I be able to see live footage of where my trucks are remotely from the comfort of my home via the app
Answer:	Many thanks for your asking. The dual dash cam only need one SD card, the front and rear data will store in one card. As we tested, many cards of sandisk and transend may not stable enough that will be worn out quickly for loop HD video recording, and we recommend samsung evo.（Note: Samsung Micro SD cards would only be made in either Korea or the Philippians. Please be sure to buy a genuine samsung evo card.）

Answer:	Dear customer, Connected to a 5V/2A adapter, it can be fully charged within 6 hours. After fully charged, if you turn on at the low speed withoout turning on the lights, the use time is up to 40 hours. If you have any problem about the fan, just contact us freely. Best regards, Thank you.

Answer:	I charged from USB port
Question:	How to get gps module? how it works
Answer:	It doesn’t have batteries, you charge it with the usb or by solar.
Question:	Why the camera always requesting to format
Answer:	The control board is equipped with battery charging and discharging protection, the red light indicator light is on when the battery is fully charged, and the blue light indicator light is on when the battery is fully charged; the 4-gear LED light switch, with white light intensity, red and orange warning flashing, orange light to repel mosquitoes; 4-gear fan switch, which lights up blue light when working from small wind to strong wind; USB and fan or lamp can not be used at the same time, and the power will be automatically protected.
