Question:	How to request stations that are missing
Answer:	The new radios play all the content as the old ones and more. If there is any station you listened to on the old radios that you can’t find on the new ones, contact Grace and they will assist you as some stations have moved either under internet radio or into the audio services folder.
Question:	Does it run streaming services natively? Pandora, iHeartRadio, spotify
Answer:	You currently cannot set presets on the app. You can set presets on the radio or via the included infra red remote control app. The presets are above the large knob . There are 10 presets. 1-5 then you press shift and the 5 buttons are preset 6-10. i.e. if you look a the close up image you will see P1 - P10 with P being short for preset. The 5 keys under the display are soft keys which means they change definition depending on the menu. They are typically to fast forward and rewind or skip / pause content but have other uses as well. The definition of what they do show up on the display above the buttons when there is a function associated with them. You can also register the radio to the Grace web portal where you can create a My stuff folder to save unlimited number of stations onto the radio.
Question:	How specific is the search function menu? For example, can you search for a specific progressive talk show host
Answer:	I chatted with Grace Digital earlier this week and they said "probably by next week" being the week of Feb 8. I'm less than optimistic of their prediction, considering the the Pandora roll-out for the Grace Link has been pushed multiple times since October of 2020. I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later---we're probably close.
Question:	Does it play fm hd radio in USA
Answer:	There is no built in speaker, it’s a tuner to connect the internet to a stereo or powered speakers. Grace makes other models with built in speakers like the Grace Mondo Elite Classic. So yes, you can hook speakers to it but they need to be powered speakers.

Answer:	This is not an amplifier, it is a pre-amplifier which means that you need a separate amplifier in order to drive speakers.
Question:	The description says two (02) mono rca outputs for subwoofers. where are they
Answer:	You're right that the description says that there are 2 mono outputs for subwoofers but I think that is an error. The picture that there is of the back of the unit is correct, as is the labeling that accompanies the picture.
Question:	can you use rca in and bluetooth out
Answer:	No. The Bluetooth feature is only for receiving from a Bluetooth device as a source.
Question:	Can someone confirm that the remote control can in fact control the master volume on the preamp unit
Answer:	Neither of the other two answers are correct! Here’s the deal. This device has an analog knob with aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and another multi-function input that includes the radio, bluetooth, and the media card stuff. The volume only works on some of the inputs. Bluetooth, radio, and the media card are routed through the digital, remote controllable volume control. The switch between Aux 1, aux 2, aux 3, and the multi-function input is routed through the master analog volume control, which is controlled by an analog knob that is not remote controllable. I had hoped that this device would offer remote control of the analog RCA inputs, but it does not.

Answer:	Most amplifiers with a 1 volt signal coming in the input will max out around 50 % on the volume control. After the amp is maxed, the sound will be distorted. Known as clipping. The extra control on your volume is fir a weaker signal in the input.

Answer:	Yes, it will stream hi-res wirelessly, but your mileage may vary. In my experience, whether it works well or not has nothing much to do with the device itself. It depends on how high res the source is and your WiFi’s ability to handle the bandwidth. I have two blusound devices. I primarily stream from local hi-res sources stored on a network drive but sometimes from external sources like Tidal. I found that local streaming of 24/96 sources worked great for both devices but streaming 24/192 sources would get occasional dropouts on one of the devices that had a lower wi-fi signal strength. I switched from Wi-fi to direct Ethernet cable and the dropouts stopped entirely for all sources.

This product seems to be for a wide range of users; if Bluesound can create just a streamer with Network-in (via ethernet and wifi) and USB out (to DAC), and cut out all the preamp, DAC features, they could reduce the cost and have a product that will be favorable for most users who have commented on this product.

Question:	Why is it not water resistant if it is marine?? Then why marine
Answer:	I believe the marine rating indicates it is designed to work in a high humidity environment but not necessarily to be directly exposed to water. I have mine installed in the cabin of my boat with 2 speakers inside and 2 outside.
Question:	How do I install into a utv with no current sound system
Answer:	You’ll need to make a wiring harness that connects the power, ground, and speakers to the radio harness/connector. You’ll also need an antenna if you plan to use the am/fm functions.
