Answer:	If you run it full power, yes. If you turn it down to a musical level, you'll be fine. A bit of a waste of money if you ask me. I have an Alpine 500 and run it very low for normal listening and I assume it was a fair amount cheaper than the amp you mention.

Question:	witch rockford fosgate amplifier would be the best choice to run 2 of these subs
Answer:	I've got two in an infinity I 35 in a sealed box and they hit hard but need at least 350 rms each to run. I've got 500wattsrms from a diamond high end amp running them and I think in need to buy an epicenter to pull the full range out of them in a sealed box. I run a single jlw6 12" in my z32 300zx and honestly feel that a single 13 is the way to go for a z car. You would only have to run one and u would do well with a sealed box which would save you room. Maybe check out the fosgate 12" instead...

Answer:	If your amp has 300 watts rms yes, but if that is peak output you may want more. Also , check the distortion rating on your amp. You shouldn't have more than .5%. If you like tight base and sub, less distortion is better.

Answer:	Every one of these answers are total garbage and lack of impedance knowledge. Depending on whether you're running them in a series or parallel, or a series parallel, this changes the ohm load to the amp. 4 ohm dvc subwoofers can be wired in a 4 ohm load down to a 1 ohm load, depending on wiring and number of subs. A dvc 2 ohm speaker can be wired down to as low as a .5 ohm load or a 2 ohm load. You better quality sound the lower the ohm load, make sure both speakers and amp are capable of carrying the same load.
