Question:	Can this be used in a marine application? It would be on a pontoon in the helm protected from water
Answer:	Yes and no. I do have mine installed under the leaning post seat of my center console fishing boat. But it is made of MDF. Medium Density Fiberboard.. Google "Wet MDF". But if you keep it dry and remove it when washing your boat you may be just fine. For the cost, fit and performance. I could almost justify buying a new one every year. The speaker itself will hold up fine. The box would be the concern.
Question:	Will this work with a 2 Ohm amp? Also can you pop in a new woofer if this one blows
Answer:	It should if rewired as a 4ohm load. But won't be as loud as a 1ohm amp. Most 2 ohm amps are stable at 4ohms but have less outpuf. You certainly could replace it with a woofer to match your amp.

Answer:	Yes they can be put on mono block, that's what I have set up. Just don't bridge it, it's only 2ohm stable not 1.

Answer:	I've used it temporarily on the sealed enclosure version of these. BOSS amps are cheap for a reason though. Poor sound quality and it doesn't push anywhere near the 1000 watts these can handle. If you want a cheap amp that actually sounds good I'd recommend the Power Acoustik rzr1-2500d it's not 1000 watts RMS but it'll do 700+ on good electrical & sounds Way better than the boss amp

Answer:	I have had these subs in the box 4 going on 6 years with a 3000 watt competition massive amp pushing 800 watts RMS bridged making it 200% overpowered I paid $122 for them six years ago and they are still thumping to this day

Answer:	It's neither. Your lucky if you get 200 watts out of it but depends on which input you use and the radios output. I opened mind to see what the audio chips looks like and they are only rated at 150 to 200 watts max.

Answer:	That will work but keep in mind that you won't be tapping the subs true potential. You could save the back channels for future full range speaker additions and add a S/O M-2100 fairy cheap and have enough power to go up to a 10" Bazooka with no problem. I hope this info is of assistance.

Question:	Does it hook up to both channels
Answer:	This is a subwoofer. As you go to lower frequencies, the stereo separation is less important which is why your tweeters are on your dash while the subwoofer goes in the trunk. You only need to hook it up to one channel, but you'll want to put a capacitor inline so it doesn't try to play midrange and treble.
Question:	Can i hook it up in my home
Answer:	I have hooked it up to my home system to try the speaker out.. If your home system has an amp built in the speaker sounds good
Question:	Do I need a amplifier for this
Answer:	It works without a amplifier but it sound and performs a lot better with an amplifier..... i use a 250 whatt amp and it sounds really good in my 4 door car
Question:	Does this have mounting bracket
Answer:	No it doesn't and I didn't like it. It sounded blown and was badly damaged when I got it. It is vary vary cheaply made
