6.5-Inch Mid-Bass Speakers

These mid-bass speakers pump out 400 watts of power, and with standard 6.5-inch sizing, will fit in most OEM locations. A brilliant yellow poly injection cone provides great rigidity and resistance to harsh weather conditions. A non-fatiguing butyl rubber surround and high-temperature aluminum voice coil mean you'll get years of performance without the wear and tear. The speakers are housed in electroplated steel baskets, and boast a 40-ounce magnet.

1/2-Inch Tweeters

Answer:	There is confusion on this. The 429 (4”) rms is 35. The 529 (5”) rms is 45 and the 629 (6”) is 60. Unfortunately it seems all sizes are linked to the same reviews and question and answers. I read reviews and was under the impression the 4” rms was capable of handling 50 Watts but they may have been talking about the 5” speakers. I got all my info direct from the owners manual.

Answer:	If you are using the stock head unit without a subwoofer I would say No Amp. I did not install an amp and the sound quality is great! Way louder than my facoty speakers.

Answer:	It will absolutely make a huge difference without a sub woofer. I have these in my Jeep Grand Cherokee rear doors and they have very little bass. Clear sound for the price and I would buy them again but very little low end.

Answer:	Mine did not come with grills. The boxes they came in (I ordered 4 speakers) do not show the grills as being included either. Yet the description on here states that grills are included.

Answer:	These come with a set of wires with spade terminals on them. The end of the wires are tinned and setup to be installed directly to an amp.or soldered to an existing wire. If you don't want to cut factory wiring a harness adapter or quick splice will be needed.

Answer:	I'm not sure but I'm sure they will fit. If they screw holes are off you can always make new ones

Answer:	Yes and no. The speaker size is correct but NONE of the mounting brackets that come with it will work. I put these in my 2002 cooper S. You can custom mount them or order mini mounting brackets. I just drilled new holes for the brackets it came with.

You can install the side scan adapter to your hull and fix the sensor to your side scan adapter. And then you can pass the cable of the sonar through the hull. Answer:	Hi there,this portable fish finder could detect through ice layer.It could not tell the thickness of the ice layer.We suggest that drill the hole on ice and drop the transducer below the ice in order for it to read depth accurately.For ice fishing,it is better to drill a hole on ice and put the transducer into the water.Hope this helps.

Answer:	I know from experience it can read depths as shallow as 1 foot but I don’t know the exact limitations or specs. The problem that renders this and any fish finder useless in shallow water is the amount of vegetation and its direct proximity. In shallow water with dense vegetation reaching the surface you’re most likely only going to see screen noise displayed which may effect the abilities to properly gauge water depths. If there is no vegetation and the ground is of solid structure then this will work fine in water 10’ or less.
