Answer:	They did not come with the screws. I had to reuse the ones from the old speakers which I had to paint the heads black since I was replacing white speakers with these black ones. Other than that I like the speakers.

Answer:	The screws have a distance of 3.76" between them. If you were to take the measurement from one corner through the middle to the screw diagonally across you would get 5.32".
