But, after configuring my new TR100 to play/watch video via the YouTube app downloaded from Google Play, the playback frame rate of the online video content was a disappointing 3 to 5 frames per second. Video playback from files stored on an SD card are fine however. If a company rep would show up and offer suggestions to up the display frame rate (and a few other simple mods) it would be much appreciated.

Answer:	Via Bluetooth you can have two phones pairs with the radio. You can designate the phones individually to use the Bluetooth for calling and/or music.
Question:	Is their a sun shade available for the display ?? I am a little worried about being able to see the display with the top down
Answer:	The face is motorized so you can move it up or down (not left or right) to avoid glare.
Question:	Will the navigation work without a cell phone? Or rather, what happens if you lose cell signal
Answer:	Download Google off-line maps for the area you need navigation, and which have no/poor cell signal. Google maps navigation will use off-line maps before using maps information over your cell signal which will reduce your data usage.
Question:	Is this detachable face (for anti- theft reasons
Answer:	Yes, the face is motorized and detachable. It also comes with a little black pouch to safely put the face in after you detach it. This is one of the main reasons I chose the 4200NEX over other head units.

Question:	How many watts per channel is it
Answer:	Great question. I never needed to, but if your turntable has AV outputs (red and white connectors on the back) you could plug those into the AUX connectors on the back of the receiver. If you have a USB turntable, you may be able to plug it into the iPod USB input on the front of the unit. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Answer:	Have never had to reset my unit. Once in a blue moon it will shut itself off when it gets too hot, so I just let it cool down before using it again. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Good luck.
