Answer:	Wires with plug, yes. Dash kit, no. Brackets, not that I remember, it just fit in my car..

Answer:	No it does not have detachable face plate

Answer:	It has the plugs that go into the back of the unit. It's up to you to wire it into your car. Just Google your year, make and model plus radio wiring diagram for the information of which wires to twist together
