You need two harnesses, one that connects to the radio, one that connects to your vehicle, and the vehicle harness is always vehicle specific; they're super cheap, just search amazon for one that fits your vehicle. They aren't "technically" required, but with a vehicle harness you don't have to cut up your factory wires and look up wiring colors, with after-market harnesses you should (in all cases I've tested) just match up same wire colors and twist-tie (or solder) them together, easy-peesy, the hardest part is usually getting the radio out.
