Answer:	I don't see why not, the fm frequencies use the same antenna as vhf and as long as you have an antenna with that capability I believe so. The splitter/booster just distributes the signal equally between each connection so there is no signal loss from too many splits. Yes,it can be used for this purpose

Answer:	If mounted outdoors it should be in a sheltered, dry location - preferably in a telecom enclosure. The power supply is rated for INDOOR USE ONLY.

Answer:	No. Daisy chaining has a high probability of failure, and is strongly discouraged. If you need more that 8 ports it is better to use a 2-way splitter to feed 2 separate amplifiers.

Answer:	No discreet remote available as far as I know. Your phone or tablet with the Spark app, however, works as a full function remote, controlling and overriding every knob on the amp. Answer:	There are four connectors on the device (all coaxial rf f type ) . 1 for power, 1 for the input and the advertised 2 outputs. Essentially this is an amplified splitter with 2 outputs.

Answer:	We have the amplifier right under the wall-mounted TV sitting on the mantle. We haven't tried repositioning it elsewhere. The TV jack and outlet are next to each other. I believe it would depend on where your jack and outlet are located to really determine the distance the amplifier can be placed from the TV.

Answer:	No you do not need more cables. The HDMI cable has both sound and video. You are going to have to trouble shoot each item starting with the cable. And work your way by eliminating each item. Is the cable new and have you used it before with any other device? My blue-ray worked straight out of the box however I had a dvd player already hooked up with HDMI so I simply used all of the same wires. If you had to test the blue-ray player then see if you can hook up some rca jacks the red yellow white ones to the audio portion of the player and the tv. That way you can at least see if you get sound from the blue-ray player. If you have a different device to use the hdmi cable with I would test that but if you have used the cable before and you know it works then yes, you need to start checking settings on the box or even the tv.

Answer:	If you have a 4K TV, it will display the signal it's fed. If you don't have a 4K blu-ray disc then it will upconvert as best as possible but unless you have a 4K player with a 4K blu-ray disc will your 4K TV be able to put out all true 4K in all it's glory. Some blu-ray players enhance or shall we say upconvert the reg blu-ray disc better than others but I'm sure you won't be too disappointed. As time goes by, 4K discs and more 4K movie content will become more abundant and you'll be ready for the future.

Answer:	A way to power the amp, but since this package comes with a DC power supply, and has a place to connect the supply with the provided cable, you don't need a power inserter.

Answer:	Grounding is recommended. Grounding can protect the device from surges or perhaps lightning strikes. Consult with an electrician for proper means of grounding.

Answer:	If you have cable internet (only) you would like be better off with an "active return " amplifier. The only way to really know that for sure would be to check your cable modem for proper signal levels. I would not buy this if you're specifically trying to boost cable internet.

Answer:	While snow does not have an effect, sometimes, but not often, atmospheric conditions make static when the FM station 65 miles away is in stereo. Switching off the stereo kills the static.

Question:	Does this antenna pick up vhf stations? this is important to me as most antennas today do only a weak job of it
Answer:	NO! It is excellent for UHF, but forget about VHF. I have a signal meter which shows 0 for signal strength for a VHF High band channel. The broadcast tower is the same distance away as other towers broadcasting UHF that is showing on my meter from 98 to 100! If you need VHF, forget this one. You should also check the changes to be made in your area, which could result in more VHF broadcasts in the near future.

Answer:	Yes, it has an American power supply cord.
Question:	I would like to mount this in the wall with panel over it. Any ideas on how to do this and be in code
Answer:	Hook up your TV to your karaoke using the RCA cable. This is color-coded so you just have to plug the yellow cord to the yellow port, red cord to the red port, and the white to its designated port as well. Just remember that you should be connecting it to the port with an “Out” label on your karaoke machine, and “In” label on your TV. Power on both units. From your TV, be sure to change the video source to AV1 or AV. Load up your karaoke CD. You should be able to see the lyrics playing on your TV screen. If nothing comes up on the screen, be sure to check the colors are plugged correctly and that it’s connected to “In” on the TV. Even if it’s already quite obvious, this is still a very common mistake that should not be overlooked. Method 2 This method is for those karaoke machines without an AV output. Like we have mentioned earlier, you will not be directly hooking up your karaoke system to your TV. Even if I have a karaoke machine which can connect to TV, I still end up using this method from time to time because it allows me to play almost any song on YouTube. Connect your device to your TV using screen mirroring, or chrome cast directly from the YouTube app to your smart TV. Be sure that your TV and your device are connected to the same wifi network. Play a sample song or video from YouTube on your device and verify that it’s showing up on your TV screen. Verify that the sound is going out on your TV as well. If you have it connected to your home theater, it should output the sound from there. Turn on your karaoke machine and test the mic. Adjust the volume, echo, etc. so that volume of your voice coming out from the built-in speaker is on the same level as that from your TV (or external speaker).
