Answer:	No It doesn't. You will have to buy one. I can't understand why your phone didn't have a SIM. It should have.
Question:	Does this have a record option
Answer:	This is the same card that you would buy at Target or Walmart for the same price as it is normally sold for in these local stores. The card is provided to you exactly the same as it is if you had bought it off the rack at the local store. It is good for 30 days according to the features provided on the card. I use the 30 day cards at present because I have a smartphone that I am not sure I will keep for a long time. The pin is on the back of the card and I use a US dime to remove the coating. Works perfectly with the add time function of your TracFone app.
Question:	How is the battery recharged
Answer:	You will get 30days of unlimited calls and texting and 1GB of Data. These cards are only for Tracfone phones. Tracfone is great for a emergency phone but you do need to connect to wifi to activate the card and register an account with tracfone. If you have a tracfone account and tracfone phone you can go to their website or use their google app to virtually buy tracfone cards or set up service to auto-renew your tracfone service. I have a Tracfone plan that renews monthly so I don't have to buy the cards, and auto-pay is setup. There are many plans and cards, you can pick what works for you. This card is what I first used and usage is easy.

Everything sticks in these pans. The beauty of a great porcelain set is the minimal use of fats while cooking. Even with a tremendous amount of fats everything continually sticks in all of these pans.. even pasta boiling in water.
