Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Answer:	I have two of my cameras pointed through my windows. One in front and one in back of house. As long as there is lighting, it will not glare. When it is very dark, there is a glare. I put out 2 small solar lights in the backyard and turned off the night vision and absolutely no glare ever since. No glare issues in the front of the house as the neighborhood is well lit.

Answer:	A lot of feedback here already, but I’ve had at least one Wyze camera in my home for about a year now and in my experience, they are better than my Ring devices in terms of connectivity and alerts. They connect in the app within 10-20 seconds and the Person Detection is great. I highly recommend the service which extends the recording time as it’s cheap but makes their devices that much more of a premium product. 10/10

Answer:	Have 5 placed outside, 3 most active get 15-25 Alerts a day. Other 2, only 3-5 a day. After 4 months 58-82% shown on battery life of 5 camera. Thought battery would discharge faster from some reviews, so got couple spares. Now just waiting to see when get below 30%, then will switch out.
Question:	Why can I not setup motion zones for alerts? (can do this with the newest indoor model) Only get a pie shaped "range." Will this problem be fixed
Answer:	I have inquired about the same issues. You can do a pie, and then exclude any of the 3 zones of the pie, but apparently, they took away the most useful functionality of their entire system. The new camera only allows the arc to go 1/2 of the view range making the usefulness limited at best. Support has reached out to try to “help” but in lieu of a software or hardware change, I’m not sure what can be done to rectify the situation short of getting a Gen 2 camera with the better controls.
Question:	If you use the camera indoors, is there a way to turn off the camera while you are home
Answer:	Two things: 1) If you plan on ONLY using it indoors, then go with the NEW cheaper $60 Ring camera. It is intended for indoor use only AND still uses the old motions zones instead of the motion arch. Plus it offers all the same benefits as this camera (except it is indoor use only). 2) I too had a similar question when I purchased the new Ring Indoor camera for $60. My solution was to purchase an Amazon Smart Plug. Then, in the Alexa app I an event to at a specific time to turn the smart plug on and a second event to turn it off. I don't need the camera on when I'm home and I wanted a way to automate the process. Question:	How long does the battery last? How often do you have to recharge the batteries
Answer:	3 to 6 months? Lmao yea right. Not even close. Try 2 weeks tops if you are lucky. You might get 2 months if you never check live video and it only records like 1 time a day but any normal person will be checking the live feed a couple times a day, multiple recordings etc....so no you won't even get close to that they claim.
Question:	To many reviews about this camera and bad wifi connection.are they true? Does the battery really holds for 2 months without recharging
Answer:	I am not sure why others are having a difficult time. I have zero wifi issues. I've had mine for over 2 months and it is still running strong. It does have to be in a location that has less traffic. Mine is set up on my front patio and works great. Sometimes I think some reviewers have not done their homework or read the instructions. Don't expect it to run like a $200 wired camera. Wyze had to make some compromises to make the battery life better. I still think all the Wyze cams are a bargain.

Answer:	This device does not require a subscription for service..... But, without the subscription, the unit will capture a 12 second clip upon sensing motion. This is for to short of a time to provide any evidence. Any recording to SD card must be manually activated or scheduled. It will not record all motion that is sensed to the SD card as the other wired Wyze Cams do.

Answer:	Two things: 1) If you plan on ONLY using it indoors, then go with the NEW cheaper $60 Ring camera. It is intended for indoor use only AND still uses the old motions zones instead of the motion arch. Plus it offers all the same benefits as this camera (except it is indoor use only). 2) I too had a similar question when I purchased the new Ring Indoor camera for $60. My solution was to purchase an Amazon Smart Plug. Then, in the Alexa app I an event to at a specific time to turn the smart plug on and a second event to turn it off. I don't need the camera on when I'm home and I wanted a way to automate the process.
