1.Before use, you should format the SD card and charge the spy camera for about 4-6 hours.

2.Please turn off the camera before inserting / removing the SD card.

3.Before activating the alarm, SD card must be inserted and must be connected WiFi Mode.

4.When recording to SD card, the default is 720P. When night vision mode is ON, the video color is black and white.

5.If the camera can't be connected / APP disconnected: please close the APP and re-enter. If it still doesn't work, press and hold the “Reset” button for 7 seconds to reset, then reconnect.

How to play Video?

1. Watch the video directly on the mobile App.

2. Remove the SD card and use a card reader to connect to the computer to play the video. It is recommended to use KM PLAYER.

1.This frame camera do not support 5g network, it can only work with 2.4g wireless network. so please login your wifi router and enter into wireless setting,disable your 5g network, and enable 2.4g wireless network, or write down your 2.4g wireless wifi SSID and password.

2.Your may use guest wifi network instead of host wifi network, so please login your wifi router to write down your host wifi network SSID and password.

3.Your wifi SSID and password are containing any special characters like !@#^%_ etc.so please login your wifi router to change your SSID and password into other chararcters.and reboot your router.

4.Your camera and wifi router are far away from each other. So please move the camera closer to your wifi router, we suggest you to have the camera at the same room as wifi router. If it is far away, we would like to recommend you to use a wifi repeater to strength the wifi signal.
