Question:	Does not work with existing doorbell chime when wired!!?? That’s not a good thing
Answer:	Pretty silly that Ring designed this to replace wired doorbells but it doesn't sound the current chime that people already have. I would venture to guess most people enjoy the sound of their current chime vs an electronic sound. The Nest doorbell has had this feature since launch. Bad design choice and feels like this was done to upsell the Ring Chime at the expense of what's beneficial to the consumer. The Video Doorbell 3 uses the existing chime, but it's bulkier and unattractive - would have been nice to use this smaller version.
Question:	Do you have to reset if there's a power cut

Answer:	Yes, There is a protective rain shield and an overlying unit back plate with identical hole patterns that together get screwed to the door. The door bell package clicks onto the unit back plate. Four tiny screws go into the hole pattern tightly securing the unit to the door. Screws, with Phillips heads, are about one inch long with the diameter of a small nail. The unit carries its own batteries and uses WiFi, so no external electrical connections are needed. Answer:	Currently our doorbell can't receive notification on the laptop and view it in real time on the PC.
Question:	can the doorbell be mounted horizontally
Answer:	There is nothing that forbids the product to be mounted horizontally, all hardware parts still work. However, the picture frame you get from the app will also be that angle as it can not be rotated in the app. So this usage is not recommended! We recommend to place it vertically and, if needed, use the angle mount to adjust the angle. Thank you!
Question:	Can I use 128gb sd card
Answer:	Not recommended. You can use an SD card that doesn't exceed 64GB, but 128GB is not recommended as it may slow the read and write speed.
Question:	Is this weather resistant
Answer:	The doorbell is IP65 waterproof and can endure the temperature -20°C to 50°C. So basically it can survive mild rainy days, hot days, and some snow days. But if you are using it in a cold area, we'd suggest hardwiring, as cold weather may cause the battery to drain quickly.
