Question:	Do I have to have the app open to hear the audio? Can I have it running in the background while my phone screen is locked
Answer:	No. Your phone can be locked and screen off and if it detects audio you will hear it on your phone. I love this baby monitor.
Question:	Could you easily bring this for travel
Answer:	There are mainly 2 factors to consider while taking the invidyo camera with you on your travels. One is powering the camera. Although invidyo camera does not run on batteries, it can be powered using a power bank since its power socket is classic micro USB. So if you need to get the camera running when you don't have access to a power outlet, you can just use a power bank. The other aspect is the WI-FI connection. You are all set If you have a portable hot spot with you or if you are able to use your phone's hot spot. However if you will need to connect the camera to a Hotel WI-FI, this is a bit harder than connecting your phone or laptop to the hotel network. Most hotels require you to open a browser and type in your room number and surname before you can get online. This is not possible with the camera. You will either need to have an ethernet cable connection in the room or you need to ask the hotel management to add the camera's MAC address to their router so that the camera can connect wirelessly without typing in the room number or your surname etc.

I know you didn't ask for that but one issue I'd warn about - they will do a lot of efford to make you sign for their paid subscription plan, that offers some perks - but was a little unexpected for such a gadget

Question:	I can't get my camera to connect to my wireless wifi, anyone have tips? My router is not in the same room as the camera, is that the problem
Answer:	The IPCAMHD82 is compatible with 2.4GZ wireless only. I suggest you configure it to ethernet direct to router first. Skip the wireless install for now. Once connected to enet , make sure it is functional. Go to Settings, Network and re add the 2.4gz wireless network. erase and read the network password. Apply these settings. Then wait 3-5minutes and hopefully the wireless network will connect. Then remove the enet cable.
Question:	Can I login to my wifi from the camera if I have to login through a splash screen? My internet needs a username and password entered through a browser
Answer:	You can login directly through the SereneViewer App but will still require your WIfi or the password of your Internet router/modem.

Answer:	This monitor has the best range I have experienced with monitors. I don't live in a two story house but I do have a quarter acre lot and have near full bars anywhere on my property. My house is cinder block construction and previous monitors suffered when using the monitor outside. Not this one. I have been impressed with it and the battery life so far is phenomenal with the screen staying on at all times.

Answer:	When the resolution of video is 720P, it can record about 200 hours with a 32GB memory card. When the resolution of video is 1080P, it can record about 93 hours with a 32GB memory card.
Question:	If I use a micro as card , will I work the same as the cloud storage

Question:	How does the activity notifications work on Android? Okay or not? Tx
Answer:	The camera only supports 2.4g routing wifi, not 5G wifi. In the case that wifi is 2.4g, if you want to connect the camera to a certain network, firstly you need to connect the camera with App through the AP mode. Then you can set the camera's wifi connection via App in order to connect the camera to certain wifi, and make the camera enter wifi mode.
