Answer:	David - Yes, you can place the two cameras of the VTech VM350-2 at different rooms but make sure they are within range of the parent unit. The operating range of the baby monitor is up to 160 feet (50 meters) indoors. Answer:	Charger works fine for us. Maybe try a local target or even a cell phone store as the charging port is same as some old Nokia phones and I found a car charger that fit it.

Answer:	Hi, Thanks for asking. We do have the same concern of internet privacy and security. There is probably no way to 100% guarantee the system safe from being hacked. Therefore, Moonybaby video baby monitor does not use Wifi connection. We do not offer smartphone app viewing feature on our monitors.
Question:	How do you fix a delay in the live feed
Answer:	three quick beeps means: 1. Camera lost link. Together with beeps, you also see screen shows big "lost link icon" in the center of monitor. Does monitor in Scan mode? If monitor is in scan mode and one camera is power off, you would hear this beeps when monitor switch to that camera. The way to stop this beep is the exit " Scan Mode". 2. Temperature is out of set limit of high/low. Simultaneously, you would see the thermometer icon on top bar flashing. The way to stop beep is to select temperature alarm to "off" status. 1. Make sure your WiFi meets the following Network requirements

• The WiFi for the camera should be 2.4Ghz band.
• The 2.4Ghz WiFi name and password should preferably not contain special characters.
• The 2.4Ghz WiFi should be visible so that the camera could find it.

2. Download the Specified App and sign up for free.

• Scan the QR code on the User Manual to download the specified App.You can also search 360Eye S in Google Play or App Store to download it.
• Open the App. Click “Sign Up”. Register with an Email address and set the password. Don’t forget to agree to the agreement.

3. Turn on the camera and make it ready.

• Put the camera close to the WiFi router.
• Turn on the camera. The red indicator on the camera will light up. Wait until it blinks and makes intermittent beeps.
• If the indicator still does not blink after 1 minute, please reset the camera.

4. Follow the instructions to connect it to your 2.4Ghz WiFi.

Question:	How long is the life of the battery when fully charged
Answer:	We ordered this over a year ago and use daily as we keep our grandson. Battery does not last long without recharging. After we’d had it a while, it became very difficult to get the monitor to charge at all. Plugging it in did not always make a connection. A blue light comes on if it’s charging. The light goes off when it’s fully charged or when it happens to feel like disconnecting. Frustrating.

Answer:	This is compatible with Macs, but you do need some kind of connection in order to contact the credit card payment processing network and get the payment approved and processed. This reader just reads the card, you need software on your computer to do something with the data that was read. That software would then need a connection, usually an Internet or phone connection, to contact the payment network and process the payment. You want a reader that is compatible with your computer and also with the software you are using, so it might be better to choose your point of sale software first and then look into the connection and readers recommended by the software.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the non-“plus” version

The operating range of the baby monitor is up to 160 feet (50 meters) indoors. Question:	I can't get my camera to connect to my wireless wifi, anyone have tips? My router is not in the same room as the camera, is that the problem
Answer:	The IPCAMHD82 is compatible with 2.4GZ wireless only. I suggest you configure it to ethernet direct to router first. Skip the wireless install for now. Once connected to enet , make sure it is functional. Go to Settings, Network and re add the 2.4gz wireless network. erase and read the network password. Apply these settings. Then wait 3-5minutes and hopefully the wireless network will connect. Then remove the enet cable.
Question:	Can I login to my wifi from the camera if I have to login through a splash screen? My internet needs a username and password entered through a browser
Answer:	You can login directly through the SereneViewer App but will still require your WIfi or the password of your Internet router/modem.
