Answer:	I have two Uniden cameras out in the attic of my garage looking left and right toward the street. I wired in 115V outlets for each camera. The cameras broadcast a wireless signal to my 19'' television next to my computer inside the house. This television cost around $100 at WalMart. The television sits adjacent to my computer monitor for my convenience in viewing only. Neither the cameras nor the television have any connection to the Internet, nor would they have any such need for interconnection with the Internet. When others advise that you will not be able to update, or advise that you do in fact need Internet, it seems to me that they are spoofing you.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

Answer:	Just talked to Uniden. The G766 has a 8GB standard size SD card and the G755 has a 4 GB micro SD card. Otherwise they are the same system. I noted that the 755 was about $90 more with a lower capacity card so I'm going with the 766. The 766 can handle up to a 32GB card. I don't see any advantage to going with a smaller card for more money.

Question:	If I order this now, will I receive a new unit that does not have the bug where it has to be returned to Uniden to fix
Answer:	*IF* the seller returned his stock as they were instructed to, all current stock should be fixed. Only the seller would know that. You would have to contact them directly before purchase. I would *think* all the old stock with the bug has been sold by now, as everyone was sold out for a few weeks during the recall. Id think its safe now. Even if you got the old version, Uniden will swap it with a new unit, and give you a 3 year extended warranty for your trouble. Not to shabby. Since I see the seller answered already, just disregard my comments and grab one!
Question:	can you power this unit from the usb cable in the car
Answer:	The Unit cannot be powered from the USB cable the scanner comes with a cigarette lighter adapter and hardwire cable to connect to a car battery. You can use either one of those cables to power the unit but the USB cable is for data transfer only for this scanner.

Answer:	Yes that is true but I also use program ARC536PRO to help me monitor what I receive. This receiver is great. The Zip code is all you need to get started. I learned a lot from YouTube video's. Have fun :-)
Question:	Has Uniden fixed the WiFi dongle or Add the siren app yet? It has been a year since this thing came to market and still no updates
Answer:	I purchased the BCD536HP scanner and the BC-GPSK antenna. From my view point this is nothing but a big fat lie from Dan M.This App was a MAJOR selling point of this unit; the scanner even comes with the Wi-Fi dongle; the package even shows the Wi-Fi dongle on it!It's been over a year? REALLY?!? .....REALLY?!?!I would recommend no one buy ANYTHING from Uniden until they keep their promise on the MOST expensive scanner system they have ever sold. I know I'm over $600 into it and it still isn't complete.

Answer:	Yes, with the U Guard ap, I get notifications when movement is detected, and can view the recordings on my phone right away. I can also get a live view with sound, and use the microphone feature to speak to someone through the cameras. I loved messing with my kids when I first installed them. ;-)

Question:	i have 2 camera uds 655, i use 1 system with 2 camera , and the other i only use 2 camera but i can't cornet to the 1 system , thank's for your answer
Answer:	Additional cameras (over the original 2) need to be paired using the UDS655 display module. The first 2 cameras were paired at the factory. Instructions in the operating manual.
Question:	how far ,,out to the street,,do these cameras see
Answer:	I had one on the corner of my house pointing down my driveway. Driveway is approx 80' long. No problem recognizing anyone during the daytime even at the end of the driveway at the street. But, nighttime would be a real challenge on anything further than 25'. You might be able to "see" a person further than 25', but being able to discern who the person is would be the problem.
Question:	Can the monitor be plugged into a larger pc monitor or does it need a tv (with tuner) monitor
Answer:	Yes...it comes with the A/V cord and plugs right in on one of my TV's. I have a flat 50" TV mounted on the wall used as a monitor for my 4 camera's...much easier to see.
Question:	How far away from an electrical outlet can the wireless camera be for them to record
Answer:	The cameras must be plugged into an electrical outlet for power, that has nothing to do with them being able to record. The distance advertised is up to 500'. Without obstructions, maybe. Realistic, 150-200'. I added taller antennas on a couple of mine to improve performance
