Answer:	I don’t know if it will work with that App but I had/have Digit Cam App for another camera and it erased my other camera from that app and put this camera and the two other Goowl cameras I purchased on that App along with their App I downloaded and set the cameras up on. I emailed the support email address listed in the App and got a returned email listed as access denied. Hoping I can add my original camera back in one of the two apps and delete the other because I am also getting duplicate alert messages from each App for the new cameras.

Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Question:	Is this plug-in to an outlet, or solar
Answer:	Hello, this is not a plug-in nor is it solar powered. It must have a 110-240V wired direct connection like a traditional floodlight. The Momentum Aria floodlight is meant to replace any of your existing floodlights around your home.
Question:	Does it have sound alert (not very loud as siren)if triggered by motion
Answer:	Hello! There are no sound alerts from the floodlight itself. The siren can only be triggered manually and will not go off from motion detection.
Question:	Cannot access sd card recordings. Why won’t sd cards recordings show in ny app
Answer:	Probably because the device doesn't actually recognize sd cards. I tried repeatedly to get my card to be recognized and it would not work. Restarted, updated, etc, but no success. IT tried to help but seriously why do i need to give all of my device and network info if there are known problems. Just state that it does not work with "x" or something because they wasted my time trying to troubleshoot. I can say that after many months and an unexpected software update from Momentum, the SD card started working spontaneously. By that time, I had already ordered a new floodlight and replaced the entire device. Great idea for SD card, but this company wants you to use their cloud service and did little to help get it working.
Question:	So if the bulbs are not replaceable, when lights burn out then you will have to buy a new unit
Answer:	Exactly. These bulbs are supposed to last twenty years but based on the way this unit has performed otherwise I would not count on it. Mine quit working after a month. Can't set custom time ranges for lights or camera and the camera will no longer record images or video after the trail period expired despite installing the max capacity SD card. Lights come on but will not automatically turn off. Motion sensor is way to sensitive even on the lowest setting. Custom settings always revert back to factory defaults and will not stick. It seemed like a great idea, and worked OK until the cloud trail expired, but does not work as advertised and the company is non responsive. Don't waste your money.

Answer:	DVR Agent can. I think it's the best alternative...FWIW, for those cameras that have PTZ (W4 doesn't), you lost that functionality. I agree, their app needs improvement. The PC app is worse of them all! :/
Question:	Can this camera be hooked to more than one phone at a time
Answer:	Yes. One camera can be watched by 4 different devices at the same time. Please log in the administrator's account on the app --- when camera is online, click the setting button --- invite family member --- share the link to other devices. Question:	I am not interested on the mobile device features nor the cloud options, can I manage this camera using Windows and record on my local hard drive
Answer:	For the initial set up, you have to use the Wansview Cloud App on your smartphone to set up the camera. After it's paired with the WiFi successfully, you can log in to the Wansview Cloud PC software on your Windows computer to use it. If you want to record to your hard drive, it only supports manual recording, which means you need to manually click the [Record] button on live video page to record.
