Answer:	HiYes. These belong to the "Big" binoculars group used in astronomy. They compare to other makes like Orion,Celestron,Meade and expensive brands. This group can be terrestrial and astronomical . If you get the right quality pair, you might be pleased with constellation and clusters views; and even large enough galaxies. I returned mine because I couldn't get them collimated successfully, so I saw doubles everywhere. On the moon you will see colored "halos" due to optics but that will minimize if collimated correctly. I strongly suggest to read reviews about this pair , and others, and acquire background on binocular collimation to help you decide. Also note one seriously important consideration, and that is mounting and hand holding. This by itself can dictate your choice. Good luck

Answer:	The feet are to keep the support upright while you mount the camera. If it didn't have feet you would have to lean it against something. There are monopods that have sharp ends to push into the ground, if you are hiking and want to push into soil but I preferred the one with feet because I might use it in other places.

Answer:	The pan bar and handle can be detached (and it actually comes detached), but it can also be adjusted so that it doesn't show up in your image.
Question:	Is the quick release plate interchangeable with a manfrotto
Answer:	The Coman plate is NOT compatible with Manfrotto 2" slide clamps, such as the one on the Manfrotto 562B-1. The Coman is a 1 and 13/16th" slide clamp, so it's 3/16" too narrow to use with my Manfrotto clamps. Even when the clamps are fully tightened, the space is still 1/8" too wide, so the plate will slide right off. I'll post pictures with my review.

Answer:	With the tripod base itself fully expanded, it measures about 7 & 3/8 inches between each leg (in width) and about 9.5 inches (in width) if you have the leg expanders pushed out on each individual leg. As to a 12.9 inch iPad balancing atop with this tripod being halfway extended in length and being attached to the base, it'll definitely become top heavy and I would think have a high probability of tipping over very easily. I sat in my recliner with this tripod setup and extended it as if I were to read myself. The first thing I noticed is the ease of tipping over even with my small 7" x 4" Tablet. It "might" be ok if you never bumped it when using it such as this, but I personally wouldn't recommend it. I've used this Tripod for a while now and I really like it, but you have to babysit it when it's extended. I always keep one hand on it when using it whether it's in monopod form or tripod form. It doesn't matter if my camera is attached or something as small as my cellphone which is a Note9...I never take my hand off of it. Now, if you are using the base itself to mount the iPad directly to and setting it on tabletops/countertops, then yes. It's very sturdy and I would recommend use that way.

Answer:	If your phone has a timer, you would have to set it and get in position in front of your device before the timer comes on. Or if you have a remote for your device.

Answer:	You do not want to have the tripod unattended when full extended. It will blow over in the wind, but with a smaller camera like GoPro etc, not too much of any issue. But stay near it. As for smell, it has less order than the people you are taking the pictures of.

Answer:	I think it can be removed, but you would have to drill the set rivets out before removing. There are 2 set rivets. We have not done this, and are not planning to remove, so cannot tell you for sure.

The FLUIDTECH video base enables the ultimate shooting smoothness on pan, tilt and swivel for an expanded range of perspectives. The three retractable feet make it extremely portable when folded and allow the monopod to be easily carried everywhere. The new D-shaped aluminium tubes greatly improve anti-rotation resistance throughout the monopod, following the videographer’s rapid rotation movements. Combined with the Quick Power Lock (QPL) which strongly locks the lever onto the monopod tube’s flat side, this eliminates unwanted jerky movements. Answer:	On flat or mostly even ground, you don't. If you want to do any kind of panning you will need to hold it.
