Question:	I have a 49 gaming monitor and would like to use as 2nd monitor(not set as primary). Will the touch screen work
Answer:	It should work. I have 2 hooked up to my system and I can use bbothin touch screen mode. You do have to go into settings to configur but it should work. I used to have to reconfigur every time I powered down. But I haven't had to reconfigur in a while.
Question:	How can i set this up use this as a second screen with my laptop using the vga connection? it displays the same thing as on my laptop screen
Answer:	If you are using Windows as the operating system on your laptop. You probably have your multiple displays settings set to "Duplicate". To correct this, Minimize or close any open windows. Right click on any free portion of your desktop, select screen resolution, on the option that says "Multiple Displays", choose "Extend desktop to this display". Then click Apply.
Question:	Has anyone got this working with a Raspberry Pi
Answer:	I have not used this on a raspberry pi. But as long as you can establish the HDMI connection and plug in the USB for touch screen . It should work.
Question:	When using Windows 10 can you have this monitor be "extended" or does the touch only work if it is mirrored
Answer:	I use it extended. Beware, though, that after the October 10 Windows 10 update, the multi-touch system (with ANY multi-touch monitor, not just this one) is only fully functional for non-Microsoft applications (e.g. flight simulations) if the touch monitor is designated to as the Windows "Main" monitor in the Windows display settins panel (right-click on an empty spot on the desktop) - otherwise it will only respond as if it were a single touch monitor. Windows "system" gestures, though, will work even if the monitor is not designated as the Main monitor. Hopefully Microsoft will revert to the previous situation where ANY multi touch monitor would process multiple touches for applications, even if not designated as "Main". Bummer!

Question:	what other components must I purchase for this monitor
Answer:	If you do not have either a HDMI or DP port on your computer you will have to use the VGA port (pretty universal for many years) Lots of contemporary non desktop computers do NOT have a VGA port though. No HDMI cable supplied if that is the way you want to connect, and you will have to use an HDMI cord with standard size connector for the monitor and whatever size for your computer - maybe mini? - you need. DP is not universal but commonly supported, and do not buy a signal converter (expensive), buy cords, they are cheaper! Vodeo ports do NOT carry the touch info, you will need to use the supplied USB cord to transmit touch info.
Question:	Can the screens orientation be rotated 90 degrees? i.e. If I turn the monitor on its side and want to view websites and images in portrait mode
Answer:	You have the option of turning this 90 degrees if you purchase a monitor stand or arm. It has a standard VESA 100x100 mount option. This is from Dell's product page: "Ideal for multiple layouts: Adapt to different office layouts thanks to VESA-compatibility. Choose to mount your monitor to the wall or attach it to monitor arms and enjoy a more flexible workspace." Just make sure the arm you buy let's you rotate. I'm a big fan of the AmazonBasics monitor arm.

Question:	it reports no signal when i try to connect it to my ipad or laptop is there something that can be done
Answer:	Should. The band is very narrow, only 3mm, so once you have the cover off and need to re-adhere, use enough to cover all the connecting surfaces for a better seal. I used it on a Toshiba laptop after replacing the digitizer. It worked well, but I didn't cover all the connecting surfaces. After four months, it's starting to come loose, so I'll need to lift off the cover and lay down a lot more. I've worked on my own PC for more than 20 years, and built my own PC from parts back in 1992. But laptops are squirrely and quite fragile. Take your time when going inside. Search YouTube to see if you can find matching or similar models -- it will help! I found videos for my project, and disassembled it within 20 minutes. Putting it back? None of the six videos covered putting the adhesive on, so I took my time. An hour later, I was done, and it worked. Again, cover all connecting surfaces. Try not to touch it too much or you will diminish the stickiness in sections. Good luck!
Question:	Will it work with raspberry pi
Answer:	I don't have the exact measurements but I would say about the thickness if not a little less of your standard piece of tape. I was able to use this to help stick a computer a computer screen back onto a surface tablet. I did need to put pieces side by side for the width but as for thickness there was no noticeable gaps once the screen was reattached.
Question:	Would this work with a surface pro
Answer:	Should. If you have not opened your device before, or worked on similar hardware, check YouTube for repair videos. Be careful about touching the tape, and perhaps use tweezers or something similar (jeweler screwdrivers are good) to lay it where you want it to go. Good luck!

Answer:	No....it just fits into the frame of the monitor onto the screen with natural friction. It did come with is own adhesive strip if you want to stick it to the monitor frame.
Question:	Does os matter? would it work with a pc running windows vista
Answer:	All of these type of privacy screens have these adhesive type "clips" , you attach them and slide the screen on behind them. Please note I have dozens of privacy screens at home and at work, regardless of the brand, eventually the adhesive wears out. The second type becomes scotch tape until you can't stand it anymore and purchase another screen.

Answer:	I do not think so but carefully read its description. Monitors seem to be specific to operating systems, and we have PCs which is why we bought this but not other brands.
Question:	Does the touch screen support office
Answer:	The question is generic and not focused. Office 365 covers 6 or so applications each with different features. In general this monitor is a desktop version of a touchscreen notebook screen. Being unsure of the specific objective in using Office 365 with its many features, if you can do it on touchscreen notebook then I would assume it will have similar functionality. Like squeezing an Excel spreadsheet with two fingers to shrink the size works. I hope this answers the question.
Question:	Does this monitor include any connecting cables
Answer:	Mine arrived with 1 DVI, 1 DP, 1 VGA, 1 3.5mm Male to Male analog audio cable with green ends, 1 USB 3 A to B for input to the onboard hub and touchscreen (blue plastic inside connector), 1 AC 3 prong cord to connect to external power supply, 1 external power supply with 2.1mm barrel jack center positive 20VDC. It was missing an HDMI cable shown in the manual. Lacked CD. Also lacked stylus indicated in manual, but noted as "not included" in Amazon description. Stylus, CD, Audio Cable, USB A-B, DVI, DP, VGA, HDMI are all shown in the manual under "Package Contents" followed by * with legend "Different according to region". So apparently you get a US power cable regardless of region, but things that should be universal vary? Amazon description says "front panel is rated IP54 water and dust resistant" but manual says IP65. Makes me wonder if this is some overstock of a special order reduced spec version? OSD overscan option is 'greyed out'. It does not seem to support Samsung DEX when S9 phone connected to hub A ports with user supplied USB 3.1 A to C cable. I was not able to get the monitor speakers to make any sound using Display Port, HDMI, or analog in. Display Port audio was not even a recognized option when connected to PC via DP. HDMI was an available option when connected. HDMI audio return monitor demonstrated audio was being transmitted on cable, but not played by monitor . Appropriate options in OSD were selected, not muted. One option under Audio Input in OSD is "Stand Alone". Not sure what that is supposed to do. OSD(On Screen Display) controls were difficult to use. Video and touch worked fine. The headphone port is difficult or impossible to use with the monitor in a normal position and/or the cable cover in place. If you plan to use headphones, you will want a 3.5mm male to female extension cable. I do not know what effect having that cable plugged in will have on audio switching or speaker output. Doesn't work for me at all.

Answer:	yes, it can be trimmed, but I wouldn't waste your money on this as it has not helped much with glare.....and worse yet, it has decreased the clarity of the entire screen.

LUT import instructions

1. SD card format: Support for FAT32 and NTFS.

2. The number of imported files is limited: Up to 50 user files can be imported.

3. Document requirements: LUT file format suffix is .cube (case insensitive). A single file must not exceed 7.9M. Supports files with LUT_3D_SIZE of 16, 17, 32, 33, 64, 65. Meet the above requirements as a valid document. The LUT file name is required to be in English or numeric to avoid unrecognized, resulting in incorrect file names.

4. Import steps and instructions

Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly. Enter the [Color] item in the menu main menu and select the [Import LUT (SD)] item, and then execute the item.

The system will first recognize the SD card.

No SD card recognized: Will prompt "access failed", you can try again at this time, if not, you can restart the device to try once.

Identify the SD card.

· The system will erase the user files that already exist in the device and prompt "initialize". If there is no valid file in the SD card, it will not be imported, it will prompt "Empty" and end this operation. If there is a valid file in the SD card, the file will be saved to the device and the message "[n]name" will be prompted, where n indicates that the nth is currently stored (n is not greater than 50), and the name is currently imported. LUT file name.

When the import is completed, it will prompt "Success [n]", and the operation will end. n indicates the number of imports.

Touchscreen Operating Instruction

• This monitor is a full touch screen monitor with 3D LUT.
• When the monitor and touch are both on, continuously click the screen twice to enter the main menu.
• Slip the fingure from the bottom of the screen to enter the shortcut menu.
• Click any space beside menu to exit the menu.

Peaking Focus Assist

The Peaking Filter is used to aid the camera operator in obtaining the sharpest possible picture. When activated, the internal processor will display a colored highlight on the screen where sharp edges appear. You can switch the putline color between red, green, blue, yellow, white according to different tone of the subject.

Professional Color Calibration, Accurate Color Reproduction

FEELWORLD uses the professional Rec.709 HD color standard, and uses the color calibration technology, with the professional instrument calibration at the factory, it can achieve monitor calibration efficiently and get accurate color reproduction easily, do not distort the color, show the real image when you shooting video.
