Answer:	BEWARE! In order to email a photo to the frame, a person must sign up for a Nixplay account. You don't have to use the app, but you do have to set up a personal Nixplay account to be able to email a photo to the frame. What that means is that my extended family (over 100 people) will all have to become registered users of the Nixplay system in order to send photos to my 100 year old grandmother. I wasn't able to find this out until after I bought one and attempted to set it up. I'm returning it in favor of the Skylight frame, which does allow emails from non-account holders.

Answer:	Yes, this frame is perfect for that! Anyone anywhere can send pictures to the frame via the app or email; it’s connected via WiFi, NOT Bluetooth, so distance doesn’t matter. We bought this for my grandparents because I have cousins in CA, ME, and OH plus an uncle in the Philippines and a brother in Germany, and they love getting photos from everyone! You can’t see what photos you’ve sent via the app, though, so I personally recommend using email so you can check your Sent folder for what you’ve previously sent. The person who has the frame just has to approve new email addresses (a one-time thing for each email), which gives you peace of mind knowing random strangers can’t accidentally send photos.

Question:	Do you selll replacement pegs for standing it up
Answer:	I would get the waterproof case if you plan on using this for snorkeling. I haven't tried it fully submerged in water...it says "weatherproof" and I've read it's also waterproof but why would it be waterproof when they sell a waterproof case. If you want to test it out, do it at your own risk but I'd rather be safe than sorry :)

1.Better Picture Display Ratio: go to ‘Setting’ - ‘Photo Setup’ - set ‘Display Ratio’ to ‘Original size’

2.Photo Loop Display: Go to ‘Setup’ - ‘Photo repeat’ - select ‘Sequence’ mode

3.Auto Play: Go to ‘Setup’ - 'Auto Play’(Options: Movie, Music, Photo, Calendar, Photo&Music, Off)

4.Background Music: Go to ‘Setup’ - ‘Auto Play’ - ‘Photo&Music’ - turn off and restart the digital frame

5.Auto Turn On/Off: Go to ‘Setup’ - ‘Power off’ - set the time and select the ‘On’ mode - scroll to ‘Power on’ - set the time and select the ‘On’ mode

6.Alarm Clock: Go to ‘Setup’ - ‘Alarm’ - set the time and select the ‘On’ mode

7.Volume Adjustment: Go to play ‘Music’ or ‘Movie’ - press the remote controller ‘VOL+’ button to higher volume, press the ‘VOL-’ button to lower volume

8.Slideshow Time: Go to ‘Setup’ - ‘Slideshow Time’, change the waiting time between 2 pictures(Options: 3s/5s/10s/15s/1min/5min/15min/30min/1hour)

9.Delete Photos: Get into ‘SD’ or ‘USB’ on the Menu Page - ‘File’ - scroll to the photo - Press remote controller ‘SETUP’ button to delete the file

1.This digital photo frame is not battery powered. It needs to be plugged in AC socket with power adapter(UL Certificated adapter included).

2.This digital picture frame is support non-WiFi connection. Please upload the files to SD card/USB drive and insert it to the digital frames.

3.If it has auto rotate issue, freezes up issue or screen brightness issue, please contact us for upgrade.

Answer:	Yes. You can name each frame and select the frames you want to download the pictures. I just have one so I don't know if you can select more than one frame at the time, but you can select frames. You set up the frame name when you just turn it on the first time

2. Enter the code generated by F20
