The User manual tells you on page 9 how to get the photos to display in Order, however the function does not exist on my device. You may want to try it on yours. Answer:	I bought my dad a kodak pulse over eight years ago and it has run with no problems. My kids bought me the pix star frame not quite 4 years ago and it has stopped working. I bought the pix star frame for my kids last year at christmas and it is disappointing to think that their frames could stop working in just 4 years. Of course the warranty is only good for 3 yrs. I am very disappointed. The price of the pix star is double to what I paid for the kodak pulse. Customer service has been very good. They are sending me a new cord to see if that is the problem but they don't think that will fix the problem. They are willing to sell me a new frame. LOL

For Larry, there is a setting to auto confirm all incoming pictures that will allow you to just email the pictures to the frame. They will popup on the screen with a couple second timer that the default option is to add to the frame. I thought that I had found a place on the web page to delete the pictures but don't have access to the password for the account right now so can't confirm that or not.

Question:	Frustrating clock keeps on coming up, how do you let photos just continue to do a sideshow
Answer:	I am having the same issue. I have gone into settings and have it set to slideshow but it still just displays clock. It seems to have started this when I accepted the firmware update. It is currently just an expensive, useless clock! So frustrating!

Question:	I just received my frame, how do I get it to free stand
Answer:	There is a metal stand in the box that works like an easel. The “rounded” section should be at the top and the very small metal lip at the bottom. The frame will sit nicely and the stand will be all but invisible.

Question:	Does it plug into wall outlet or use battery
Answer:	Tim, I went through all the setting options and I don't see one that stipulates on/off times, meaning you can't sent it to only work between the hours of 8-5pm (for example). It is either always on, or it is off, or it is set to the home screen. I have mine set to slide show, random picture display, with transition effects for each photo. I love having it on throughout the day, especially now that I am forced to telework. The ability to add photos to this picture frame wireless via the app - makes this an awesome product.
