Answer:	That totally depends on the material weight you are suspending from it. This system is far from professional status, and barely qualifies for novice grade. My recommendation is to use it as is. If you have a need for wider backdrops, just purchase the higher grade units, you will be happy you did.
Question:	We generally take photos without a light box and send them out to be cleaned. Do you still need to send the photos out for cleaning with this
Answer:	No idea but the cross bars and background system on this is not great

Answer:	Keep in mind that you can use the soft box OR the umbrella light reflector. See the umbrella in picture? That's when the pole is used. When the soft box is used, the pole goes trough a hole in the middle of the white cover and just kinda sticks out. Hope that helps.

Answer:	It was a little confusing for me as well. Just place your hand behind the center of the outside plate (on the outside), and then with the other hand push the round spring loaded plate back to meet with your hand. This springs down and around the socket. Then the bulb should just screw in. Mine works great. Love it. Good luck. Steve Bullock

Answer:	Yes, you should be able to use for video as the light is constant (not a flash). Depending on what you're shooting, you may want to get more than one to fill in shadows; and you'll definitely want to have extension cords. The cords included are not very long...they barely reach the ground if you have the unit extended all the way.

Answer:	It is very small. I tried using it a couple times. I gave it as a gift and wish I hadn't. I would NOT recommend it. Better to buy some velvet fabric (black or white or what ever color you prefer) and rig it up (easy to do) The lights that come with it are completley useless. It sounds good in the description, but it really is a waste of money. Go back to "old school" and you will be happy.
