Question:	Can the top cross bar withstand placing a roll of background paper
Answer:	I ordered Jan 10th and waited as the delivery dates kept changing. No shipping info with the tracking number other than “item has been shipped no other information available at this time” Finally it said delivered Feb 28th to some LA address, I live in KY. I wish I had taken a screen shot of that bc I went back in and then it said delivered Jan 30th to my address. Never got it and can’t get a response from the seller. I wish I had read these questions before buying from this seller but I didn’t bc I ordered another hat from this company in 2017 and had no problems so ordering again didn’t seem like a big deal. It was for my daughter so I ended up finding another company and got that one very quick. Now I have a happy daughter. I will be happy when I can get a refund. I tried writing 2 reviews and both got kicked back for being against policy. Guess when you call out a seller for scams and fraud they don’t like it.

Answer:	Mine was delivered to CA but I live in MI. 12/18 - the first day it was supposed to be shipped, it said it was delivered on 12/17 to CA. I messaged Amazon - they sent me through the loop of messaging the non responsive seller! I called Amazon - they did nothing. THERE WERE 22 OTHER COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME FOR 12/18! Somehow the seller is hiding the info and they're still up and running. I got an email from Amazon asking if I was satisfied - when I clicked "no" - they FINALLY called me. I'm supposed to get a credit BUT it's now been another 12/27 and it's still showing one possible item out - SO NO CREDIT FROM AMAZON and they're still letting them sell! Go to Amazon's FB page, then call them and after the initial call, answer the email - IT'S THE ONLY WAY - and even then...

Answer:	It is knitted in a design of cable knit and has a leather patch on the front corner thst says CC. VERY SOFT AND STRETCHY yet fits well on the head. Covers the ears well and ponytail or bun fits nicely thru the stretchy hole.

Question:	How long does it take to assemble
Answer:	It won't. You have to remove the strap from time to time since it's a rubber strap,it deforms the holes after a while.
Question:	Will the stand hold a paper roll back drop? Is their any that holds two paper rolls
Answer:	Mine came in a box. I don't use this mount anymore because the camera rattles around in it. I bought a mount that has a ball swivel and mounts via the 1/4-20 threaded mount. It's dead stable and only get jittery video when the road is really rough.
Question:	What is the return policy
Answer:	Try using an old bicycle tire inner tube/rubber strap. Cut it to the correct lenght and put a hole on both ends just like the contour strap.
