Answer:	Does not work very well when plugged in, I keep meaning to write in to see if I can get my cords replaced, it really is the weak part of these lights every-time I go to use the power cords I end up having to wiggle them and maneuver them until the finally stay in place to make a connection that works. I have to remember to keep my batteries charged at all times. If you are LUCKY you will get plugs that make a good connection.......

I also purchased a 2-pack of these same lights – "Size: 560AS2L" – and it DID come with stands. Since the 2-pack comes with stands and lights all in a single long carrying case, and the single came in a small case with only the panel, I'm assuming this was not a shipping mistake, and is just the way it's sold. I read the previous answers to this question and assumed they applied to the single-pack as well. My mistake. The others who answered apparently bought one of the other kits and answered on that basis. Looks like I'll need a separate stand, or to exchange for a single kit with a stand – but I'm not finding that.

Question:	How do I remove the battery
Answer:	The battery just pushes into a slot on the back of the unit and then slight pressure will click it into pace. Be advised that the battery can become very easily dislodged in use. This is not designed for rough handling but pushing the battery into place is very easy.

Answer:	It looks to me like it can be mounted both horizontally and vertically on a light stand. I just got one and the shoe adapter has a notch for tilting it vertically. The thread is a normal tripod thread, so you could mount it directly without the adapter, too.
